²⁸ Therefore let it be known to you, that the salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will hear it.

⁴¹ They said to him, He will miserably destroy those wicked men, and will let out his vineyard to other tenants, who shall give him the fruits in their seasons. ⁴² Jesus said to them, Did you never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same has become the cornerstone: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes? ⁴³ Therefore I say to you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation which will bring forth its fruit.

³⁰ For my eyes have seen your salvation, ³¹ Which you have prepared in the presence of all people; ³² A light of revelation for the Gentiles, and the glory of your people Israel.

⁶ And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.

¹⁴ But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said to them, You men of Judaea, and all you who live in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and listen to my words:

¹⁰ Then let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by him does this man stand here before you well.

¹⁸ When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then God has also granted to the Gentiles the repentance that leads to life.

²⁶ Brethren, sons of the stock of Abraham, and those among you who fear God, to us has been sent the word of this salvation.

³⁸ Therefore, let it be known to you, brethren, that through this man the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you:

⁴⁶ Then Paul and Barnabas grew bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should have first been spoken to you: but seeing that you thrust it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles. ⁴⁷ For so the Lord has commanded us, saying, I have set you to be a light for the Gentiles, that you should bring salvation to the ends of the earth.

²⁷ And when they had come, and had gathered the church together, they reported all that God had done with them, and how he had opened the door of faith to the Gentiles.

¹⁴ Simeon has declared how God first visited the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.

¹⁷ That the rest of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, who are called by my name,

⁶ And when they opposed and reviled him, he shook out his clothing, and said to them, May your blood be upon your own heads; I am clean: henceforth I will go to the Gentiles.

²¹ And he said to me, Depart: for I will send you far away to the Gentiles.

¹⁷ I will deliver you from the people, and from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you, ¹⁸ To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and an inheritance along with those who are sanctified by faith in me.

²⁹ Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also: ³⁰ Since God is one, and he shall justify the circumcised by faith, and the uncircumcised through faith.

¹¹ And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness which he had by faith while uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all those who believe without being circumcised; that righteousness might be credited to them as well:

¹¹ I say then, Have they stumbled to fall beyond recovery? By no means: but rather through their fall salvation has come to the Gentiles, to provoke them to jealousy.

⁸ Now I say that Christ became a minister to the circumcised for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made to the fathers: ⁹ And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will praise you among the Gentiles, and sing to your name. ¹⁰ And again he says, Rejoice, you Gentiles, with his people. ¹¹ And again, Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles; and praise him, all you people. ¹² And again, Isaiah says, The root of Jesse shall come, and he shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles hope. ¹³ Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit. ¹⁴ And I myself am also convinced about you, my brethren, that you are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, and able also to admonish one another. ¹⁵ Nevertheless, brethren, I have written more boldly to you on some points, as a reminder, because of the grace given to me by God, ¹⁶ That I should be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles, in the priestly service of the gospel of God, that the offering of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
