1 Corinthians 7:32 Cross References - RKJNT

32 I would have you be without concern. He who is unmarried is concerned for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord:

Matthew 6:25-34

25 Therefore I say to you, Do not be anxious about your life, what you shall eat, or what you shall drink; nor for your body, what you shall put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? 26 Behold the birds of the air: they do not sow, nor do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they? 27 Which of you by being anxious can add one cubit to the span of his life? 28 And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they do not toil, nor do they spin: 29 And yet I say to you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Therefore, if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O men of little faith? 31 Therefore, do not be anxious, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, With what shall we be clothed? 32 After all these things the Gentiles seek: but your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. 33 But seek first his kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore, do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow shall be anxious for itself. Sufficient for each day are the troubles of its own.

Matthew 13:22

22 The seed sown among the thorns is he who hears the word; and the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.

Philippians 4:6

6 Be anxious about nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

1 Timothy 5:5

5 Now she who is a widow indeed, and left all alone, trusts in God, and continues in supplications and prayers night and day.
