⁸ If indeed ye fulfill the royal law, according to the scripture, "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself," ye do well.

¹⁰ For whoever hath kept the whole law, and yet hath offended in one point, hath become guilty of all. ¹¹ For he who said, "Do not commit adultery," said also, "Do not kill." Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou hast become a transgressor of the law.

¹ Come now, ye rich men, weep and wail for your miseries that are coming upon you. ² Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are become motheaten; ³ your gold and silver is rusted, and the rust of them will be a witness against you, and will eat your flesh as fire; ye have heaped up treasure in the last days! ⁴ Behold, the hire of the laborers who reaped your fields, which is fraudulently kept back by you, crieth out; and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Hosts.

¹ Laying aside therefore all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all slander, ² as newborn babes, desire the spiritual, pure milk, that ye may grow thereby to salvation;

¹⁴ If ye are reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye for the Spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you.

¹³ But, according to his promise, we look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

² and the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and announce to you the everlasting life, which was with the Father, and was manifested to us,

²⁵ And this is the promise which he himself promised us, even the life everlasting.

⁸ he that loveth not hath not known God; for God is love. ⁹ In this was manifested the love of God in regard to us, that God hath sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we may live through him. ¹⁰ Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be a propitiation for our sins.

¹⁶ And we have known and believed the love that God hath in regard to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

¹¹ And this is the witness, that God gave to us everlasting life, and this life is in his Son. ¹² He that hath the Son hath the life; he that hath not the Son of God hath not the life. ¹³ These things have I written to you, that ye may know that ye who believe in the name of the Son of God have everlasting life.

²⁰ And we know that the Son of God hath come, and hath given us understanding, that we may know the True One; and we are in the True One, in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and everlasting life.

⁷ For in behalf of the Name they went forth, taking nothing of the gentiles.

²¹ keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

²⁶ And he that overcometh, and he that keepeth my works to the end, to him I will give authority over the nations, ²⁷ and he shall rule them with a rod of iron, as the vessels of a potter are broken to shivers,as I also have received of my Father.

²¹ He that overcometh, I will give to him to sit with me on my throne, even as I also overcame, and sat down with my Father on his throne.

⁴ And around the throne were twentyfour thrones; and upon the thrones I saw the twentyfour elders sitting, clothed in white garments, and on their heads crowns of gold.

⁴ And I heard the number of the sealed. A hundred and fortyfour thousand were sealed out of all the tribes of the sons of Israel.

¹ And a great sign was seen in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars;

⁴ And I saw thrones; and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them; and I saw the souls of those beheaded on account of the testimony to Jesus, and on account of the word of God, and of all who had not worshipped the beast, nor his image, and had not received his mark upon their forehead, or upon their hand; and they lived, and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

¹¹ And I saw a great white throne, and him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. ¹² And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged out of the things written in the books, according to their works. ¹³ And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and the underworld gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged each one according to his works. ¹⁴ And death and the underworld were cast into the lake of fire; this is the second death, the lake of fire. ¹⁵ And if any one was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire.

⁵ And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he saith, Write; for these words are faithful and true.

¹² having a wall great and high; having twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel; ¹³ on the east, three gates; and on the north, three gates; and on the south, three gates; and on the west, three gates. ¹⁴ And the wall of the city had twelve foundationstones, and on them the twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

² Between the street of the city and the river, on one side and on the other, is the tree of life, hearing twelve kinds of fruit, and yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.
