¹⁶ But Jesus called them to him, saying, Suffer the little children to come to me, and forbid them not; for to such belongeth the kingdom of God.

³ and said, Truly do I say to you, Unless ye are changed, and become as children, ye will not enter the kingdom of heaven. ⁴ Whoever therefore shall humble himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

³⁹ For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all that are afar off, as many as the Lord our God shall call.

¹⁴ For the unbelieving husband hath been made holy by his wife, and the unbelieving wife hath been made holy by the brother; otherwise were your children unclean, but, as it is, they are holy.
