Leviticus 24:14-16

14 »The man who cursed my name must be taken outside the camp. All who heard him curse my name must lay their hands on his head. Then the whole congregation must stone him to death. 15 »Inform the Israelites: ‘Those who treat their God with contempt will be punished for their sin. 16 »‘However those who curse Jehovah’s name must be put to death. The whole congregation must stone them to death. It makes no difference whether they are Israelites or foreigners. Whoever curses (abuses) Jehovah’s name must die.

Numbers 15:35-36

35 Jehovah said to Moses: »This man must be put to death. The whole congregation must take him outside the camp and stone him.« 36 So the whole congregation took him outside the camp and stoned him to death, as Jehovah commanded Moses.

Hebrews 10:28-29

28 He that despised Moses’ Law died without mercy under two or three witnesses. 29 What about those who despise the Son of God? Those who treat as a cheap thing the blood of God’s covenant that purified them from sin? Those who insult the Spirit of grace? Think how much worse the punishment they deserve will be!
