⁵⁰ Jesus replied: »Go your way. Your son lives!« The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him, and he went his way.

¹³ Elijah said to her: »Have no fear. Go and do as you said, but first make me a little cake of it and come and give it to me. ⁹ He heard Paul speaking. Paul looked intently at him, and seeing that he had faith to be healed, ¹⁰ said with a loud voice: »Stand up on your feet!« And he leaped up and walked.

²⁰ Yet, he looked to the promise of God. He did not waver through unbelief, but grew strong through faith. He gave the glory to God! ²¹ He was fully assured that what he had promised, he was able to perform.
