³¹ Let the heavens rejoice and the earth be glad. Say to the nations: »JEHOVAH RULES AS KING!«

¹ ([Psalm of David]) The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky displays what his hands have made.

⁵ The heavens will praise your wonders, O Jehovah, Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones.

¹ Jehovah reigns and he is clothed with majesty. Jehovah has girded himself with strength. The world also is established, that it cannot be moved. ² Your throne is established from of old. You are from everlasting.

¹⁰ Say among the nations, Jehovah reigns; and the world shall be established; it shall not be moved; He shall judge the peoples in uprightness.

¹ Jehovah reigns! Let the earth rejoice and let the multitude of islands be glad.

⁴ Shout joyfully to Jehovah all the earth. Break out into joyful singing, and make music.

¹ Jehovah reigns! Let the peoples tremble. He is enthroned above the cherubim. Let the earth shake!

¹³ Shout for joy, O heavens! Rejoice, O earth! Break into joyful shouting, O mountains! For Jehovah has comforted his people. He will have compassion on his afflicted.
