⁹ Do not be like the horse, or like the mule, which have no understanding, who are controlled by bit and bridle, or else they will not come near to you.

⁴ Your adversaries have roared in the midst of your assembly. They have set up their standards as signs.

²³ Do not forget the voice of your adversaries. The tumult of those who rise up against you ascends continually.

² For, look, your enemies are stirred up. Those who hate you have lifted up their heads.

⁹ What do you plot against the LORD? He will make a full end. ²⁴ So Pilate, seeing that nothing was being gained, but rather that a disturbance was starting, took water and he washed his hands before the crowd, saying, "I am innocent of the blood of this righteous man. You see to it."
