³ But the inner tabernacle, which was within the second veil, was called the Holy of Holies.

⁵¹ And instantly, the curtain of the door of the temple was torn asunder, from the top to the bottom; and the earth shook; and the rocks rived;

¹⁹ which is to us as an anchor, that retaineth our soul, so that it swerveth not; and it entereth into that within the veil,

⁸ And by this the Holy Spirit indicated, that the way to the holy places was not yet manifested, so long as the first tabernacle was standing:

¹⁹ We have therefore, my brethren, assurance in entering into the sanctuary, by the blood of Jesus, and by a way of life, ²⁰ which he hath now consecrated for us, through the veil, that is his flesh.
