⁴ Again Pilate went out and said to them, "Look, I am bringing him out to you. Understand, I cannot find anything wrong about him."

⁴ saying, "I did wrong in betraying innocent blood." "What does that matter to us?" they said, "it is your affair, not ours!"

⁴ And Pilate said to the high priests and the crowds, "I cannot find anything criminal about him."

⁴⁷ When the army-captain saw what had happened, he glorified God, saying, "This man was really innocent."
