³ Thou turnest man to destruccyon, Agayne, thou sayest: come agayne ye chyldren of men

¹⁹ In the swete of thy face shalt thou eate brede, vntyll thou returne vnto the erth whence thou wast taken: for erth thou art, & vnto erth shalt thou returne.

⁶ he repented that he had made man vpon the erth, and sorowed in his hert. ⁷ And sayd: I wyl destroy mankynde whych I haue made, from of the face of the erth: both man, beast, worme and foule of the ayre, for it repenteth me that I haue made them.

³⁵ I the Lorde haue sayed that I wyll do it vnto all thys euyll congregacyon that are gethered together agaynst me: euen in thys wyldernesse ye shalbe consumed, and here ye shal dye.

¹⁰ In whose hande is the soule of euery lyuynge thinge, & the breth of all men.

¹⁴ To whome hath he geuen hys herte, for to drawe hys spryte and breth vnto hym? ¹⁵ All flesh shall come together vnto naught, & all men shall turne agayne vnto earthe.

²⁹ But when thou hydest thy face, they are sorowfull: if thou takest awaye their breth, they dye, & are turned agayne to their dust.

⁴ For when the breath of man goeth forth, he shall turne agayne to his earth, and so all hys thoughtes perysh.

⁷ Or dust be turned agayn vnto earth from whence it came, and or the sprete returne vnto God, whyche gaue it.
