²⁰ And those that were sowed in good grounde are they that heare the worde, & receyue it, & bryng forth frute, some thyrty fold, some sixtye folde, some an hundred folde.

¹² And Isaac sowed in that lande, & found in that same yere an .C. bushels: for the Lorde blessed hym,

²³ But he whiche is sowen in the good ground, is he that heareth the worde and vnderstandeth it, whiche also beareth frute and bryngeth forth, some an .C. folde, some sixtye folde, and some .xxx. folde.

⁸ And some fell vpon good ground, & dyd yeld frute, some thyrty folde, some sixtie folde, and some an hundred folde.

¹⁵ That in the good grounde, are they whyche with a good and pure herte, heare the worde and kepe it, and brynge forth fruyte wyth pacience.

⁴ Byde in me, and let me byde in you. As the braunche can not beare frute of it selfe, except it byde in the vyne no more can ye except ye abyde in me. ⁵ I am the vyne, and ye are the braunches. He that abydeth in me, and I in him, the same bryngeth forth muche frute. For without me can ye do nothynge.

¹⁶ Ye haue not chosen me, but I haue chosen you and ordeyned you, that ye go & bringe forth frute, and that your frute remayne, and that whatsoeuer ye shall axe of the father in my name, he shoulde geue it to you.

⁴ Euen so ye my brethren, are dead concerning the lawe by the bodye of Christ, that ye shoulde be coupled to another (I meane to hym that is risen agayne from death) that we shoulde brynge forth fruite vnto God.

²² But the frute of the spiryte, is loue, ioye peace, longe sufferynge, gentylnes, goodnes, faithfulnes, ²³ mekenes, temperauncye. Against suche there is no lawe.

¹¹ fylled with the fruites of rightuousnes, which fruites come by Iesus Christ vnto the glory and laude of God.

¹⁰ that ye mighte walke worthy of the Lorde in all thinges, that please him beyng frutefull in all good workes, and encreasing in the knowledge of God

¹ Fvrther more we beseche you brethren and exhorte you in the Lord Iesus, that ye increase more and more, euen as ye haue receiued of vs, howe ye oughte to walke and to please God.

⁸ For yf these thinges be amonge you and are plenteous, they wyll make you, that ye neyther shalbe ydle nor vnfruteful in the knowledge of oure Lord Iesu Christe.
