²⁴ In soche ye shalbe vncleane, whosoeuer touche the carkesse of them shalbe vncleane vnto the euen,

⁸ Of theyr fleshe se that ye eate not, and theyr carkasses se that ye touche not, for they are vncleane to you.

²⁷ And al that goeth vpon hys handes amonge al maner beastes that go on al foure fete are vncleane vnto you: & as many as touch their carkasses, shalbe vncleane vntyll the euen. ²⁸ And he that beareth the carkasse of them, shall wasshe hys clothes & be vncleane vntyll the euen, for soche are vncleane vnto you.

³¹ these are vncleane to you amonge all that moue, and all that touche them when they be dead, shalbe vncleane vntyll the euen.

³⁸ but & yf any water be poured vpon the seed and afterward the dead carkesse of them fal theron, then it shalbe vncleane vnto you. ³⁹ If any beast of which ye may eate dye, he that toucheth the dead carkasse shalbe vncleane vntyl the euen. ⁴⁰ And he that eateth of any soche dead carkasse, shall wasshe hys clothes & remayne vncleane vntyl the euen. And he also that beareth the carkesse of it, shall wasshe hys clothes, & be vncleane vntyl euen.

¹⁵ And whatsoeuer soule it be that eateth that whych dyed alone or that whych was torne wyth wylde beastes: whether it be one of youre selues or straunger, he shall wasshe hys clothes and bathe hym selfe in water, & shalbe vncleane vnto the euen, & then is he cleane. ¹⁶ But and yf he wasshe them not nor wasshe his fleshe he shal beare hys synne.

¹⁴ Neuerthelesse when the Lorde of Hostes hearde of it, he sayde: yea, yf this wyckednes of yours shalbe remytted, ye must dye for it. This hathe the Lorde of Hostes spoken.

³³ Be not deceiued: malicious speakinges corrupte good maners.

¹⁷ Wherfore come out from among them, and separate youre selues (sayeth the Lorde) and touche none vncleane thynge: so wyll I receyue you,

¹ And you hath he quickened also that were deade in treaspas & synne, ² in the whiche in time passed, yet walked accordynge to the course of thys worlde, & after the gouerner that ruleth in the ayer, the spyrite that nowe worketh in the chyldren of vnbelefe, ³ amonge whiche we also had our conuersation in tyme paste, in the lustes of oure fleshe, and fulfylled the wyll of the fleshe and of the mynde, and were naturallye the chyldren of wrath, euen as well as other.

¹¹ and haue no fellowshyp wyth the vnfruitfull workes of darckenes: but rather rebuke them.

¹⁶ Let no man therfore trouble youre consciences aboute meate and drincke, or for a peace of an holye daye, as the holy daye of the new mone, or of the Saboth dayes, ¹⁷ whyche are nothinge, but shaddowes of thinges to come, but the bodye is in Christe.

²⁰ Wherfore yf ye be deade wyth Christe from the ordinaunces of the world, why as though ye yet liued in the worlde, are ye ledde wyth tradicions of them that saye?

²⁶ for then must he haue often suffered sence the worlde beganne. But nowe in the ende of the worlde hath he appered ones to put synne to flyghte by the offerynge vp of hym self.

⁷ but and yf we walke (in light) euen as he is in lighte, then haue we felowshyppe wyth hym, and the bloude of Iesus Christe his sonne clenseth vs from all sinne.
