²⁹ And after these thynges the tyme came that Iosua the sonne of Nun and the seruaunte of the Lorde dyed beynge an hundreth and ten yeares olde.

²² Ioseph dwelt in Egypte and hys fathers house also, and liued an hundred and .x. yere.

²⁶ And so Ioseph dyed, when he was an hundred & .x. yere olde. And they enbawmed him & put him in a chest in Egypte.

⁵ So Moses the seruaunt of the Lorde dyed there in the Lande of Moab at the commaundement of the Lord.

⁸ And Iosua the sonne of Nun the seruaunte of the Lorde dyed when he was an hundred & ten yeares olde:

¹⁷ The dead prayse not the (O Lorde) nether all they that go downe into sylence.

⁷ I haue fought a good fyght, and haue fulfylled my course, and haue kepte the fayth. ⁸ From henceforth is layde vp for me a croune of ryghtuousnes which the Lorde that is a ryghtuous iudge shall geue me at that daye: not to me only, but vnto all them that loue hys comynge.

¹³ And I heard a voice from heauen, sayinge vnto me: wryte. Blessed are the dead, whyche here after dye in the Lorde euen so sayth the spyryte, that they may reste from their laboures, but their workes shal folowe them.
