⁹ For thus sayeth the Lorde of hoostes: The resydue of Israell shalbe gathered, as the remnaunt of grapes. And therfore turne thyne hande agayne into the basket, like the grape gatherer.

¹⁶ Beholde (sayeth the Lorde) I wyll sende out many fyshers to take them, & after that wyll I sende out manye hunters to hunte them out, from all mountaynes and hylles & out of the caues of stones.

⁹ If the grape gatherers came vpon the, shuld they not leaue some grapes? If the nyghte robbers came vpon the, shulde they not take so muche as they thoughte were ynough?

²⁸ Thys is the summe of the people, whom Nabuchodonosor ledde awaye captyue. In the seuenth yeare of hys reygne, he caried awaye of the Iewes, thre thousand and thre and twenty. ²⁹ In the .xviij. yeare. Nabuchodonosor caryed awaye from Ierusalem eight hundreth and .xxxij. personnes. ³⁰ In the .xxiij. yeare of Nabuchodonosor Nabuzaradan the chefe Captayne, toke awaye seuen hundreth .xlv. Iewes presoners. The whole summe of all the presoners, is foure thousand and syxe hundreth.

⁵ Yf the theues and robbers came to the by nyght, thou takinge thy reste: shulde they not steale, tyll they had ynough? Yf the grape gatherers came vpon the, wolde they not leaue the some grapes? ⁶ But how shall they rype Esau, and seke out hys treasures?

¹⁸ And another angel came out from the aulter, whiche had power of fyre, and cryed wyth a loude crye to him that had the sharpe sykle, & sayed: thruste in thy sharpe sykle, and gather the clusters of the earth for her grapes are rip.
