⁶ Then shall the lame man leape as an herte, and the domme mans tunge shal geue thanckes. In the wyldernesse also there shall welles spryge, and floudes of water in the deserte.

⁶ Beholde, I wyl stande there before the vpon a rocke in Horeb: and thou shalt smyte the rocke, and there shall come water out therof, that the people may drynke. And Moses dyd euen so before the elders of Israel.

¹¹ And Moses lyfte vp hys handes wyth hys staffe, and smote the rocke two tymes, and the water came oute abundauntly, and the multitude dranke and the beastes also.

¹⁵ and gaueste them breade from heauen when they were hongrye, and broughtest forthe water for them out of the rock when they were thyrstye: and promysedest them, that they shulde go in, and take possessyon of the lande, ouer whiche thou haddest lyfte vp thyne hande for to geue them.

⁴ For there is a floude, which with hys ryuers reioyseth the cytye of God, the holy dwellyng of the moost hyest.

¹⁵ Open my lyppes, O LORD, that my mouth maye shewe thy prayse.

¹⁵ He cloaue the harde rockes in the wildernesse, & gaue them drynke therof, as it hadde bene out of the great deapth. ¹⁶ He brought waters out of the stony rock, so that they gusshed out lyke the ryuers.

⁴ The herte of the vnwyse, shall attayne to knowledge, & the vnparfyte tung shal speake playnely and distinctely.

¹ Bvt the deserte & wyldernes shall reioyse, the waste ground shalbe glad, and florysh as the lylly.

¹⁷ When the thyrstye & poore seke water and fynde none, and when their tonge is drye of thyrst: I geue it them sayth the Lorde. I the God of Israel forsake them not. ¹⁸ I bringe forth floudes in the hylle, and welles in the playne feldes. I turne the wildernes to riuers, & the drye lande to condythes of water.

¹⁹ Therfore beholde, I shall make a new thynge, & shortly shall it appeare: ye shall well knowe it, I told it you afore, but I wil tel it you agayne. I wyll make stretes in the deserte, & ryuers of water in the wylderne ²⁰ The wylde beastes shall worshyppe me: the dragon, and the Estryche. For I shall geue water in the wyldernesse, and streames in the deserte: that I may geue dryncke to my people, whom I chose.

²¹ that they suffred no thurste, when they trauayled in the wyldernesse. He claue the rockes a sonder, and the water gusshed out.

¹⁰ There shall neyther hunger nor thurste, heate nor sunne hurte them. For he that fauoureth them, shall leade them, and geue them drincke of the sprynge welles. ¹¹ I wyll make wayes vpon all my mountaynes, & my fote pathes shalbe exalted.

¹ After this he brought me agayne before the dore of the house: and beholde, there gushed out waters from vnder the postes of the house eastwarde (for the house stode towarde the east) that ranne downe vpon the ryght syde of the house, which lyeth to the aulter south ward. ² Then caried he me out to the north dore, and brought me forth there rounde aboute by the vttemost dore that turneth eastward. Beholde, there came forth the water vpon the right side. ³ Now whan the man that had the meterodde in his hande wente vnto the east dore, he measured a .M. cubites, and then he brought me thorowe the water, euen to the ancles: ⁴ so he measured yet a thousand, and brought me thorow the water agayne vnto the knees: yet measured he a thousande, and brought me thorowe the water vnto the loynes. ⁵ After this he measured a thousande agayne, then was it soch a ryuer that I myght not wade thorow it: The water was so depe, that it was nedefull to haue swimmed, for it myght not be waded ouer. ⁶ And he sayde vnto me: hast thou sene this, O thou sonne of man? and with that, he brought me to the ryuer banck agayne. ⁷ Now when I came there, there stode many trees vpon ether syde of the ryuer bancke. ⁸ Then sayde he vnto me: This water that floweth oute towarde the East, and runneth downe in to the playne felde, commeth in to the sea: and from the sea it runneth out, & maketh the waters whole, ⁹ Yee all that lyue and moue, where vnto this ryuer commeth, shall recouer. And where thys water commeth, there shalbe moch fyshe. For all that commeth, this water, shalbe lusty and whole. ¹⁰ By thys ryuer shall the fysshers stande from Engaddy vnto En Eglaim, and there sprede out their nettes: for there shalbe greate heapes of fish, lyke as in the mayne sea. ¹¹ As for hys claye & pyttes, they shall not be whole, for why, it shalbe occupyde for salt.

⁸ In that tyme shal the waters of lyfe runne out from Ierusalem: the half parte of them toward the east sea, & the other half toward the vttermost sea, & shal continue both somer & winter.

³² As they were come out behold, a domme man possessed of a deuil, was brought to him. ³³ And as sone as the deuyl was cast out, the domme spake: And the people meruayled: sayinge: it was neuer so sene in Israell.

⁵ The blinde se, the halt go, the lepers are clensed: the deaf heare, the dead ryse againe, and the glade tydinges is preached to the poore.

²² Then was brought to him, one possessed with a deuyll which was both blinde & dombe: and he healed him, insomuch that he which was blinde and dombe, both spake and sawe.

³⁰ And much people came vnto him, hauynge with them, halt, blynd, domme, maymed, and other many: and cast them doune at Iesus fete. And he healed them, ³¹ in so muche that the people wondred to se the domme speake, the maymed whole, the halt to go, and the blynde to se, And they glorified the God of Israel.

¹⁴ And the blind and the halt came to hym in the temple and he healed them.

³² And they brought vnto him one that was deafe, and stambred in his speache, and praied him to lay his hand vpon him. ³³ And he toke him a side from the people, and put his finger in his eares, and did spitte and touched hys tonge, ³⁴ and loked vp to heauen, and sighted & sayde vnto him: Ephata, that is to say be opened. ³⁵ And straight way his eares were opened and the stringe of hys tougue was losed, and he spake playne. ³⁶ And he commaunded them that they shoulde tell no man. But the more he forbad them, so muche the more a greate deale they published it: ³⁷ and were beyonde measure astonyed, sayinge: He hath done all thinges well, and hath made both the deafe to heare & the domme to speake.

¹⁷ And one of the company aunswered & said: Master, I haue broughte my sonne vnto the which hath a domme spirite. ¹⁸ And whensoeuer he taketh hym, he teareth hym, and he fometh and gnasheth with hys tethe, & pyneth away. And I spake to thy disciples that they should caste him out, and they coulde not. ¹⁹ He aunswered him and sayd: O generation without fayth, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I suffer you? Brynge hym vnto me. ²⁰ And they broughte hym vnto him. And assone as the spirite saw him, he tare him. And he fell doune on the grounde, walowing and fomynge. ²¹ And he axed his father: howe long is it ago, sence this hath happened him? And he sayde, of a chylde: ²² & ofte times casteth him into the fyre, and also into the water too destroye him. But if thou canste do anything, haue mercy on vs, and helpe vs. ²³ And Iesus sayd vnto him: yea, if thou couldest beleue, al thinges are possible to him that beleueth. ²⁴ And strayght way the father of the chylde cryed with teares saying: Lorde I beleue, helpe myne vnbelefe. ²⁵ When Iesus sawe that the people came runnyng together vnto him, he rebuked the foule spirit, saying vnto him: Thou domme & deaf spirite, I charge the come out of him, & enter no more into him.

⁶⁴ And his mouthe was opened immediatlye, and his tonge also, and he spake laudinge God.

¹⁴ And he was castynge oute a deuyll, which was domme. And it folowed when the deuyl was gone out, the domme spake, & the people wondred.

⁸ And Iesus sayde vnto him: ryse take vp thy bed, and walke. ⁹ And immediatly the man was made whole, and toke vp his bedde, and went. And the same day was the saboth daye.

³⁷ In the last day, that great daye of the feaste Iesus stode and cried saiynge: If a man thirste, let him come vnto me and drinke. ³⁸ He that beleueth on me, as sayeth the scripture, out of hys bellye shall flowe riuers of water of lyfe. ³⁹ This spake he of the spirite which they that beleueth on him, shoulde receyue. For the holye ghost was not yet because that Iesus was not yet gloryfyed.

² And ther was a certayne man halte from hys mothers wombe, whome they broughte and layed at the gate of the temple called beutifull, to axe almes of them that entred into the temple.

⁶ Then sayed Peter: Syluer and gold haue I none, suche as I haue geue I the. In the name of Iesu Christ of Nazareth, ryse vp & walke. ⁷ And he toke hym by the right hande, and lyft him vp. And immedyatlye hys fete and ancle bones receyued strength. ⁸ And he sprange, stode and also walked, and entred wyth them into the temple, walkynge and leaping and laudinge God.

⁷ For vncleane spyrites criynge with loude voyce, came out of manye that were possessed of them. And manye taken wyth palsyes, and manye that halted, were healed.

⁸ And there sate a certayne man at Listra weake in hys fete, beyng creple from hys mothers wombe, and neuer walked. ⁹ The same hearde Paule preache. Whiche behelde hym, and perceyued that he had faythe to be whole, ¹⁰ and sayed with a loude voyce stande vpryght on the fete. And he sterte vp, & walked.

¹⁶ Let the word of Christ dwell in you plenteouslye in all wysdome. Teache and exhorte youre owne selues, in psalmes, and hymnes, and spirituall songes, whiche haue fauoure with them, singinge in your hertes to the Lorde.

¹ And he shewed me a pure ryuer of water of life cleare as cristal: procedyng out of the seat of god and of the lambe.

¹⁷ And the spiryte and the bride said: come. And let him that heareth, saye also come. And let hym that is a thyrste, come. And let whosoeuer wyll, take of the water of lyfe, fre.
