¹² Euen so ye (for as much as ye couete spiritual gyftes) seke that ye maye haue plentye vnto the edifiyng of the congregation.

³¹ Couet after the beste gyftes. And yet shewe I vnto you a more excellente waye.

³ But he that prophecyeth, speaketh vnto men, to edifiynge, to exhortation and to comforte. ⁴ He that speaketh wyth tounges profyteth hym selfe: he that prophecieth edifyeth the congregation.
