³ Neither do we so, only: but also we rejoice in tribulation: For we know that tribulation bringeth patience, ⁴ patience bringeth experience, experience bringeth hope, ⁵ and hope maketh not ashamed: for the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts, by the holy ghost, which is given unto us.

⁵ For they that are carnal, are carnally minded; But they that are spiritual are spiritually minded. ⁶ To be carnally minded is death; But to be spiritually minded is life, and peace:

¹⁸ But we all behold the glory of the Lord with his face open, and we are changed unto the same similitude, from glory to glory, even of the spirit of the Lord.

¹⁷ For our exceeding tribulation, which is momentary and light, prepareth an exceeding and eternal weight of glory unto us,

⁹ and he said unto me, "My grace is sufficient for thee. For my strength is made perfect through weakness." Very gladly therefore will I rejoice of my weakness, that the strength of Christ may dwell in me.

¹⁴ But when I saw that they went not the right way after the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter, before all men, "If thou, being a Jew, livest after the manner of the gentiles, and not as do the Jews: why causest thou the gentiles to live as do the Jews?"

⁶ and am surely certified of this, that he which began a good work in you shall go forth with it until the day of Jesus Christ,

³ and ye have a respect to him that weareth the gay clothing and say unto him, "Sit thou here in a good place," and say unto the poor, "stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool" -
