¹³ Now upon a certain day when his sons and daughters were eating, and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house,

⁴ And his sons went and made banquets - one day in one house, another day in another - and sent for their three sisters to eat and to drink with them.

¹ Make not thy boast of tomorrow, for thou knowest not what may happen today.

¹² For man knoweth not his time, but like as the fish are taken with the angle and as the birds are caught with the snare: Even so are men taken in the perilous time, when it cometh suddenly upon them.
