¹⁸ But the high saints shall receive a kingdom, and possess a kingdom, forever: even for ever and ever.'

¹⁶ Instead of thy fathers thou shalt have children, whom thou mayest make princes in all lands.

⁵ Let the saints be joyful with glory; let them rejoice in their beds. ⁶ Let the praises of God be in their mouth, and two-edged swords in their hands, ⁷ to be avenged of the heathen, and to rebuke the people; ⁸ to bind their kings in chains, and their nobles with links of iron, ⁹ that they may be avenged of them, as it is written. ³ Blessed be God the father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which hath blessed us with all manner of spiritual blessings in heavenly things by Christ,

¹² For we wrestle not against flesh and blood: but against rule, against power, and against worldly rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness for heavenly things.

¹¹ It is a true saying: If we be dead with him, we also shall live with him; ¹² If we be patient, we shall also reign with him; If we deny him, he also shall deny us;

²⁶ and whosoever overcometh and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over nations, ²⁷ and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and as the vessels of a potter, shall he break them to shivers. Even as I received of my father.

²¹ To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my seat, even as I overcame and have sitten with my father, in his seat.

¹⁰ and hast made us unto our God, kings and priests and we shall reign on the earth."

⁴ And I saw seats, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God: which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had taken his mark upon their foreheads, or on their hands: and they lived, and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
