2 Kings 8:12

12 And Hazael said, "Why weepeth my lord?" 2 Kings 13:3-7

3 Wherefore, the LORD was angry with Israel, and delivered them into the hand of Hazael king of Syria, and into the hand of Benhadad the son of Hazael all their days. 4 But Jehoahaz besought the LORD, and the LORD heard him. For he had seen the oppression of Israel, how the king of Syria oppressed them. 5 And therefore the LORD gave Israel a deliverer and they went out from under the hands of the Syrians. And the children of Israel dwelt in their tents as before time. 6 Nevertheless they departed not from the sin of the house of Jeroboam which made Israel sin, but walked therein. And there remained a grove also in Samaria still: 7 But there were left of the people, to Jehoahaz, but fifty horsemen and ten chariots, and ten thousand footmen — for the king of Syria had destroyed them and made them like threshed chaff.
