⁹ For the Law which says, Thou shalt not commit adultery, thou shalt do no murder, thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not bear false witness, thou shalt not covet, and whatever other commandment there be—is all summed up in this one saying, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. ¹⁰ Love never wrongs his neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilment of the Law.

² Let each one of us try to make his neighbor happy for his good, unto his upbuilding.

¹⁴ For the whole Law has been fulfilled in this one precept, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.

¹⁰ So then, as we have opportunity, let is do good to all men, but especially to those who are of the household of faith.

⁸ If you are keeping the royal law, which says, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thou dost thyself, you are doing well.
