²¹ And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea and Jehovah caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all the night and made the sea dry land and the waters were divided.

⁸ And with the blast of your nostrils the waters were piled up. The flowing waters stood up as a heap. The depths were congealed in the heart of the sea.

¹⁵ You split fountain and flood. You dried up mighty rivers.

¹⁶ The waters saw you, O God, the waters saw you. They were afraid. The depths also trembled.

⁷ At your rebuke they fled. At the voice of your thunder they hastened away.

⁹ He also rebuked the Red Sea and it was dried up. So he led them through the depths as through a wilderness.

¹² who caused his glorious arm to go at the right hand of Moses, who divided the waters before them, to make himself an everlasting name,

⁸ Was Jehovah displeased with the rivers? Was your anger against the rivers, or your wrath against the sea, that you rode upon your horses, upon your chariots of salvation?
⁹ Your bow was exposed. Naked are the oaths of the tribes to your word. Selah. You split the earth with rivers.

¹⁵ You walked through the sea with your horses, the heap of mighty waters.
