Isaiah 13:19-22

19 And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldeans' pride, will be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. 20 It will never be inhabited, nor will it be dwelt in from generation to generation. 37 And Babylon will become heaps, a dwelling-place for jackals, an astonishment and a hissing, without inhabitant.

Ezekiel 35:9

9 I will make you a everlasting desolation and your cities will not be inhabited.
