Hosea 3:1-5

2 So I bought her to me for fifteen pieces of silver and a homer of barley and a half-homer of barley. 3 And I said to her, You will abide for me many days. You will not play the prostitute and you will not be any man's wife. So I will also be toward you.
4 For the sons of Israel will abide many days without king and without ruler and without sacrifice and without pillar and without ephod or household-idol. 5 Afterward the sons of Israel will return and seek Jehovah their God and David their king and will come with fear to Jehovah and to his goodness in the latter days.

1 Peter 2:6

6 Because it is contained in the Scripture, ‘Behold, I place in Zion, a cornerstone, chosen and precious, and the one who believes on him may never be ashamed.’
