¹² A locked garden is My sister, My spouse; a rock heap locked up, a fountain sealed.

³ And all the flocks were gathered there. And they rolled the stone from the well's mouth, and watered the sheep, and put the stone again upon the well's mouth in its place.

¹⁵ Drink waters out of your own cistern, and running waters out of your own well. ¹⁶ Should your overflowing spring be scattered abroad as rivers of waters in the streets. ¹⁷ Let them be only your own, and not strangers' with you. ¹⁸ Let your fountain be blessed, and rejoice with the wife of your youth.

² My Beloved has gone down to His garden, to the beds of spices, to feed in the gardens and to gather lilies.

¹¹ I went down into the garden of nuts to see the greenery of the valley, to see whether the vine flowered and the pomegranates budded.

¹¹ And Jehovah shall always guide you and satisfy your soul in dry places, and make your bones fat; and you shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters fail not.

¹⁰ I will greatly rejoice in Jehovah, my soul will be joyful in my God; for He has clothed me with the robes of salvation, He covered me with the robe of righteousness like a bridegroom adorns himself with ornaments, and like a bride adorns herself with her jewels. ¹¹ For as the earth comes out with its bud, and as the garden causes that which is sown to grow; so the Lord Jehovah will cause righteousness and praise to grow before all the nations.

¹² Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the goodness of Jehovah, for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the sons of the flock and the herd. And their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not pine away any more at all.

³ Then we shall know, if we follow on to know Jehovah. His going out is prepared as the morning; and He shall come to us as the rain, as the latter and former rain to the earth.

¹³ Meats for the belly and the belly for meats, but God shall destroy both it and them. But the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord is for the body.

¹⁹ Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit in you, whom you have of God? And you are not your own, ²⁰ for you are bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.

³⁴ The wife and the virgin are different. The unmarried woman cares for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit. But she who is married cares for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.

²² And He has sealed us and having given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

¹³ in whom also you, hearing the Word of Truth, the gospel of our salvation, in whom also believing, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,

³⁰ And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you are sealed until the day of redemption.

³ saying, Do not hurt the earth or the sea or the trees until we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

²⁷ And there shall in no way enter into it anything that defiles, or any making an abomination or a lie; but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life.
