⁴ And God will wipe away all tears from their eyes. And there will be no more death, nor mourning, nor crying out, nor will there be any more pain; for the first things passed away.

⁴ Man is like vanity; his days are like a shadow that passes away.

⁸ He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord Jehovah will wipe away tears from all faces. And He shall take away from all the earth the rebuke of His people. For Jehovah has spoken.

¹⁹ For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem; you shall weep no more; He will be very gracious to you at the voice of your cry. When He hears it, He will answer you.

¹⁰ And the ransomed of Jehovah shall return and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy on their heads; they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

¹¹ Therefore the redeemed of Jehovah shall return and come with singing into Zion; and everlasting joy shall be on their head. Gladness and joy shall overtake them; sorrow and mourning shall flee away.

²⁰ Your sun will no more go down, nor your moon withdraw; for Jehovah will be your everlasting light, and the days of your mourning will be ended.

³ to appoint to those who mourn in Zion, to give to them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the mantle of praise for the spirit of heaviness; so that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Jehovah, that He might be glorified.

¹⁸ But be glad and rejoice forever in that which I create; for behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. ¹⁹ I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and I will rejoice in My people; and the voice of weeping will no more be heard in her, nor the voice of crying be heard in her.

¹³ Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together; for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them and make them rejoice from their affliction.

¹⁴ I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death. O Death, where are your plagues; O Grave, where is your ruin! Repentance shall be hidden from My eyes.

³⁵ The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but My Words shall not pass away.

³¹ And they who use this world are as not abusing it, for the fashion of this world is passing away.

²⁶ The last enemy made to cease is death.

⁵⁴ But when this corruptible shall put on incorruption, and when this mortal shall put on immortality, then will take place the word that is written, "Death is swallowed up in victory. ⁵⁵ O death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory?" ⁵⁶ The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the Law. ⁵⁷ But thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. ⁵⁸ So that, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not without fruit in the Lord.

¹⁷ Therefore come out from among them and be separated, says the Lord, and do not touch the unclean thing. And I will receive you

¹⁴ Since then the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He also Himself likewise partook of the same; that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death (that is, the Devil), ¹⁵ and deliver those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

¹⁰ But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a rushing noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat. And the earth and the works in it will be burned up.

¹⁷ And the world passes away, and the lust of it, but he who does the will of God abides forever.

¹⁷ For the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will feed them and will lead them to the fountains of living waters. And God will wipe away all tears from their eyes.

¹⁴ And death and hell were cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death.

¹ And I saw a new heaven and a new earth. For the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. And the sea no longer is.

³ And every curse will no longer be; but the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His servants will serve Him.
