⁷ Lift up your heads, O gates; and be lifted up, O everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

³⁵ And it happened when the ark pulled up, Moses said, Rise up, Jehovah, and let Your enemies be scattered, and let those who hate You flee before You. ³⁶ And when it rested, he said, Return, O Jehovah, to the many thousands of Israel.

¹⁷ And they brought in the ark of Jehovah and set it in its place in the midst of the tent that David had pitched for it. And David offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before Jehovah.

⁶ And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of Jehovah into its place, into the holy place of the house, into the Holy of Holies, under the wings of the cherubs.

¹¹ And the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of Jehovah had filled the house of Jehovah.

¹ To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The king shall rejoice in Your strength, O Jehovah; and in Your salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!

⁵ His glory is great in Your salvation; honor and majesty You have laid on him.

¹⁶ Why do you gaze in envy, O mountain range, at the mountain God has chosen for His resting place? Yes, Jehovah will dwell in it forever. ¹⁷ The chariots of God are myriads, thousands of thousands; the Lord is among them, in Sinai, in the holy place. ¹⁸ You have gone up on high; You have led captivity captive; You have received gifts for men, yes, for the rebellious also, that You might dwell among them, O Jehovah God.

⁶ The heavens declare His righteousness, and all the people see His glory.

¹⁹ Open to me the gates of righteousness; I will go into them, and I will praise Jehovah. ²⁰ This is the gate of Jehovah into which the righteous shall enter.

⁸ Arise, O Jehovah, into Your rest; You, and the ark of Your strength.

² Open the gates, and the righteous nation shall enter in, keeping faithfulness.

⁷ And I will shake all the nations; and the desire of all nations shall come; and I will fill this house with glory, says Jehovah of Hosts.

⁹ The glory of this latter house shall be greater than that of the former, says Jehovah of Hosts. And in this place I will give peace, says Jehovah of Hosts.

¹ Behold, I will send My messenger, and He will clear the way before Me. And Jehovah, whom you seek, shall suddenly come to His temple, even the Angel of the Covenant, in whom you delight. Behold, He comes, says Jehovah of Hosts.

¹⁹ Then indeed, after speaking to them, the Lord was taken up into Heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

⁸ which none of the rulers of this world knew (for if they had known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory).

⁸ Therefore He says, "When He ascended up on high, He led captivity captive and gave gifts to men." ⁹ (Now that He ascended, what is it but that He also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? ¹⁰ He who descended is the same also as He who ascended up far above all heavens, that He might fill all things.)

¹ My brothers, do not have the faith of our Lord Christ, the Lord of glory, with respecter of faces.

²² who is at the right hand of God, having gone into Heaven, where the angels and authorities and powers are being subjected to Him.

¹⁸ But grow in grace and in knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.

¹¹ O Lord, You are worthy to receive glory and honor and power, because You created all things, and for Your will they are and were created.
