¹⁴ so shall the knowledge of wisdom be to your soul; when you have found it, then there shall be a reward, and your hope shall not be cut off.

¹⁰ more to be desired than gold, even much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. ¹¹ And Your servant is warned by them; in keeping them there is great reward.

¹⁰³ How sweet are Your Words to my taste! More than honey to my mouth!

¹¹¹ I have taken Your testimonies as an inheritance forever; for they are the rejoicing of my heart.

¹ My son, if you will receive my words and hide my commandments with you, ² so that you attend to wisdom, you shall extend your heart to understanding; ³ yea, if you cry after knowledge and lift up your voice for understanding; ⁴ if you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures, ⁵ then you shall understand the fear of Jehovah and find the knowledge of God.

¹⁰ When wisdom enters into your heart, and knowledge is pleasing to your soul;

¹³ Blessed is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gets understanding. ¹⁴ For the profit from it is better than the gain from silver, and its produce more than fine gold; ¹⁵ she is more precious than rubies; and all the things you can desire are not to be compared with her. ¹⁶ Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand, riches and honor. ¹⁷ Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace. ¹⁸ She is a tree of life to those who lay hold upon her; and happy is everyone who keeps her.

¹⁸ For it is a pleasant thing if you keep them within you; they shall all be fitted in your lips,

¹⁸ For surely there is a hereafter, and your hope shall not be cut off.

¹⁶ Your Words were found, and I ate them; and Your Word was to me the joy and gladness of my heart; for I am called by Your name, O Jehovah, the God of Hosts.

²¹ Jesus said to him, If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you shall have treasure in Heaven. And come, follow Me.

²⁵ But whoever looks into the perfect Law of liberty and continues in it, he is not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work. This one shall be blessed in his doing.
