⁴ And it was necessary for Him to go through Samaria,

⁵ Jesus sent out these twelve, commanding them, saying, Do not go into the way of the nations, and do not enter into any city of the Samaritans. ⁶ But rather go to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

⁴⁹ And He said to them, Why did you look for Me? Do you not know that I must be about My Father's business?

⁵¹ And it happened in the fulfilling of the days of His taking up, He steadfastly set His face to go to Jerusalem. ⁵² And He sent messengers before His face. And they went and entered into a village of the Samaritans to make ready for Him.

¹¹ And as He went to Jerusalem, it happened that he went through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.
