²² There is no darkness, nor shadow of death to hide there the workers of iniquity.

⁵ Let darkness and the shadow of death claim it. Let a cloud dwell upon it; Let the blackness of the day terrify it.

¹⁷ For the morning is to them like the shadow of death; for they know the terrors of the shadow of death.

³ Is not disaster to the perverse, and calamity to the workers of iniquity?

⁵ The foolish shall not stand in Your sight. You hate all doers of iniquity.

¹¹ If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me, even the night shall be light around me. ¹² Yea, the darkness does not hide from You; but the night shines as the day; as is the darkness, so is the light to You.

²⁹ The way of Jehovah is strength to the upright; but ruin is to the workers of iniquity.

² The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; they who dwell in the land of the shadow of death, on them the light has shined.

¹⁵ Woe to those who go deep to hide their purpose from Jehovah! And their works are in the dark, and they say, Who sees us? And who knows us?

²⁴ Can anyone hide himself in secret places so that I shall not see him? says Jehovah. Do I not fill the heavens and earth? says Jehovah.

² If they dig into hell, there My hand shall take them. And if they go up to the heavens, I will bring them down from there. ³ And if they hide themselves in the top of Carmel, I will search and take them out from there. And if they are hidden from My sight in the bottom of the sea, I will command the serpent there, and he shall bite them.

²³ And then I will say to them I never knew you! Depart from Me, those working lawlessness!

²⁷ But He shall say, I tell you, I do not know you; from where you are. Depart from Me, all workers of unrighteousness!

⁵ Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts. And then shall each one have praise of God.

¹³ Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in His sight, but all things are naked and opened to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.

¹⁵ And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every freeman, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains. ¹⁶ And they said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him sitting on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb;
