¹⁰ Have You not made a hedge around him, and around his house, and around all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his livestock have increased in the land.

¹ After these things the Word of Jehovah came to Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram, I am your shield and your exceeding great reward.

¹² Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year a hundredfold. And Jehovah blessed him.

³⁰ For you had little before I came, and it has now increased to a multitude. And Jehovah has blessed you since my coming. And now when shall I provide for my own house also?

⁴³ And the man increased exceedingly, and had many flocks, and maidservants, and male servants, and camels, and asses.

⁵ And it happened from the time he had made him overseer in his house, and over all he had, that Jehovah blessed the Egyptian's house for Joseph's sake. And the blessing of Jehovah was upon all that he had, in the house and in the field.

²⁵ by the God of your father, who shall help you. And may the Almighty bless you with blessings of Heaven above, blessings of the deep that lies beneath, blessings of the breasts and of the womb.

¹³ And He will love you and bless you and multiply you. He will also bless the fruit of your womb, and the fruit of your land, your grain, and your wine, and your oil, the increase of your cattle, and the flocks of your sheep, in the land which He swore to your fathers to give you.

² And all these blessings shall come on you and overtake you, if you will listen to the voice of Jehovah your God. ³ You shall be blessed in the city, and be blessed in the field. ⁴ The fruit of your body shall be blessed, and the fruit of your ground, and the fruit of your cattle, the increase of your cows, and the flocks of your sheep. ⁵ Your basket and your store shall be blessed. ⁶ You shall be blessed when you come in, and blessed when you go out.

¹¹ O, Jehovah, bless his strength, and accept the work of his hands. Strike through the loins of those who rise against him, and of those who hate him, that they should not rise again.

²⁷ The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. And He shall throw the enemy out from before you, and shall say, Destroy!

¹⁶ They were a wall to us both by night and day all the while we were with them keeping the sheep.

³ And his possessions were seven thousand sheep and three thousand camels, and five hundred yoke of oxen, and five hundred she asses, and a very great household, so that this man was the greatest of all the men of the east.

⁶ when I washed my steps with curds, and the rock poured out rivers of oil for me;

²⁵ if I rejoiced because my wealth was great, and because my hand had gotten much;

¹² And Jehovah blessed the latter days of Job more than the beginning. For he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses.

¹² For You; O Jehovah, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield.

⁷ The Angel of Jehovah camps round about those who fear Him, and delivers them.

²¹ You will increase my greatness and surround and comfort me on every side.

¹² Why have You broken down its hedges, so that all those who pass by the way pluck it?

¹⁷ And let the beauty of Jehovah our God be on us; and establish the work of our hands on us; yea, the work of our hands, establish it.

³⁸ He also blesses them, so that they are multiplied greatly; and does not allow their cattle to become few.

¹ A Song of degrees. Blessed is everyone who fears Jehovah, who walks in His ways. ² For you shall surely eat the labor of your hands; you shall be happy, and all is well with you. ³ Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine by the sides of your house; your sons shall be like olive plants around your table. ⁴ Behold! So shall the man be blessed who fears Jehovah.

²² The blessing of Jehovah itself makes rich, and He adds no sorrow with it.

² And He fenced it, and gathered out the stones of it, and planted it with choice vines, and built a tower in its midst, and hewed out a wine vat in it; and He looked for it to produce grapes. And it produced wild grapes.

⁵ And now I will tell you what I will do to My vineyard; I will take away its hedge, and it shall be eaten up; and break down its wall, and it shall be trampled down;

⁵ And I, says Jehovah, will be to her a wall of fire all around, and will be the glory in her midst.

⁸ For so says Jehovah of Hosts: He has sent me after glory, to the nations who stripped you; for he who touches you touches the pupil of His eye.

⁵ by the power of God, having been kept through faith to a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time;
