⁷ And I will make the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem come to nothing in this place, and I will cause them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hands of those who seek their lives. And I will give their dead bodies to be food for the birds of the heavens, and for the animals of the earth.

¹⁷ And I will set My face against you, and you shall be slain before your enemies. They that hate you shall reign over you. And you shall flee when none pursues you.

²⁵ Jehovah shall cause you to be stricken before your enemies. You shall go out one way against them, and flee seven ways before them. And you shall be a trembling to all the kingdoms of the earth. ²⁶ And your body shall be food to all birds of the air, and to the beasts of the earth. And no man shall frighten them away.

¹² frustrating the plans of the crafty, nor did their hands do wisely. ¹³ He takes the wise in their own craftiness; and the counsel of the wily is carried headlong.

¹⁰ Jehovah brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He breaks the plots of the people. ¹¹ The counsel of Jehovah stands forever, the thoughts of His heart to all generations.

² They have given the dead bodies of Your servants as food for the birds of the heavens, the flesh of Your saints to the beasts of the earth. ³ They have shed their blood like water round about Jerusalem, and none to bury.

³⁰ There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against Jehovah.

¹⁰ Counsel a counsel, and it is frustrated. Speak a word, and it shall not stand; for God is with us.

¹⁷ Also I will lay judgment to the line, and righteousness to the plummet; and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place. ¹⁸ And your covenant with death shall be wiped out, and your vision with hell shall not stand; when the overwhelming rod shall pass through, then you shall be beaten down by it.

¹ Woe to the rebellious sons, says Jehovah, who make advice, but not of Me; and who cover with a covering, but not of My Spirit, that they add sin to sin; ² those who set out to go down to Egypt and have not asked at My mouth; to take refuge in the strength of Pharaoh and to trust in the shadow of Egypt! ³ Therefore the strength of Pharaoh shall be your shame, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt shall be your curse.

³³ And the bodies of this people shall be food for the birds of the heavens, and for the beasts of the earth; and none shall frighten them away.

² And they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the host of the heavens, whom they have loved and whom they have served, and after whom they have walked, and whom they have sought, and whom they have worshiped. They shall not be gathered nor buried; they shall be as dung on the face of the earth.

²¹ For death has come up into our windows, and has entered into our houses, to cut off the children from outside and the young men from the streets. ²² Speak, So says Jehovah, Even the bodies of men shall fall as dung on the open field, and as the fallen grain after the reaper; and none shall gather them.

² And it will be, if they say to you, Where shall we go? Then you shall tell them, So says Jehovah: Those who are for death, go to death; and those for the sword, to the sword; and those for the famine, to the famine; and those for the captivity, to the captivity.

⁹ She who bore seven languishes; she has breathed out her life; her sun has gone down while it was yet day. She has been ashamed and humiliated; and I will deliver the rest of them to the sword before their enemies, says Jehovah.

⁴ They shall die from deaths of diseases; they shall not be mourned, nor shall they be buried. But they shall be as dung on the face of the earth. And they shall be destroyed by the sword and by famine; and their bodies shall be food for the birds of the heavens and for the beasts of the earth.

²¹ Therefore deliver up their sons to the famine, and give them over to the hand of the sword. And let their wives be bereaved, and widows, and their men be slain of death; let their young men be struck by the sword in battle.

¹⁹ He shall be buried with the burial of an ass, drawn and cast forth beyond the gates of Jerusalem.

²⁵ And I will give you into the hand of those who seek your life, and into the hand of those whose face you fear, even into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of the Chaldeans.

²⁰ I will even give them into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of those who seek their life. And their dead bodies shall be for food to the birds of the heavens and to the beasts of the earth.

²⁶ and I will deliver them into the hand of those who seek their lives, and into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, and into the hand of his servants. And afterward it will be inhabited, as in the days of old, says Jehovah.

³⁷ Who is this who speaks, and it occurs, when the Lord does not command it?

³¹ Do we then make the Law void through faith? Let it not be! But we establish the Law.

¹⁴ For if they of the Law are heirs, faith is made void and the promise is made of no effect;

¹⁸ so that you may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of commanders, and the flesh of strong ones, and the flesh of horses, and those sitting on them, and the flesh of all, both free and slave, both small and great. ¹⁹ And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth and their armies, being gathered to make war against Him who sat on the horse, and against His army. ²⁰ And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet doing signs before it, (by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast), and those who had worshiped his image. The two were thrown alive into the Lake of Fire burning with brimstone. ²¹ And the rest were slain by the sword of Him who sat on the horse, it proceeding out of His mouth. And all the birds were filled from their flesh.
