¹ In the year that King Uzziah died I then saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and His train filled the temple. ² Above it stood the seraphs; each one had six wings; with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. ³ And one cried to another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is Jehovah of Hosts; the whole earth full of His glory. ⁴ And the doorposts moved at the voice of the one who cried, and the house was filled with smoke. ⁵ Then I said, Woe is me! For I am undone; for I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; for my eyes have seen the King, Jehovah of Hosts. ⁶ Then one of the seraphs flew to me, having a live coal in his hand, snatched with tongs from the altar. ⁷ And he laid it on my mouth and said, Lo, this has touched your lips; and your iniquity is taken away, and your sin purged. ⁸ And I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then I said, Here am I; send me! ⁹ And He said, Go, and tell this people, You hear indeed, but do not understand; and seeing you see, but do not know. ¹⁰ Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and turn back, and be healed. ¹¹ Then I said, Lord, how long? And He answered, Until the cities are wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land laid waste, a desolation, ¹² and until Jehovah has moved men far away, and the desolation in the midst of the land is great. ¹³ But yet in it shall be a tenth, and it shall return and be consumed like the terebinth and like the oak being felled, yet has its stump; the holy seed is its stump.

²⁶ And God said, Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the heavens, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over all the creepers creeping on the earth.

⁸ And they heard the voice of Jehovah God walking in the garden in the cool of the day. And Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of Jehovah God in the middle of the trees of the garden. ⁹ And Jehovah God called to Adam and said to him, Where are you? ¹⁰ And he said, I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I am naked, and I hid myself.

²² And Jehovah God said, Behold, the man has become as one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever,

⁷ Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, so that they cannot understand one another's speech.

³ And Abram fell on his face. And God talked with him, saying,

¹⁸ And in your Seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.

⁶ And He said, I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look upon God.

³⁰ And Moses said before Jehovah, Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh listen to me?

³ And I will harden Pharaoh's heart and multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt.

²⁷ But Jehovah hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he would not let them go.

⁷ And Jehovah said to Moses, Go! Get down, for your people, whom you brought out of the land of Egypt, are corrupted. ⁸ They have turned aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them. They have made them a molten calf, and have worshiped it, and have sacrificed to it, and said, These are your gods, O Israel, who have brought you up out of the land of Egypt. ⁹ And Jehovah said to Moses, I have seen this people, and behold, it is a stiff-necked people. ¹⁰ And now leave Me alone, so that My wrath may become hot against them and so that I may consume them. And I will make of you a great nation.

²⁰ And He said, You cannot see My face. For there no man can see Me and live.

³⁴ And the cloud covered the tabernacle of the congregation, and the glory of Jehovah filled the tabernacle.

¹² And he shall take a censer full of coals of fire from off the altar before Jehovah, and his hands full of fragrant perfumes beaten small, and bring it within the veil.

³¹ And I will make your cities waste and cause your sanctuaries to be deserted. And I will not smell the savor of your sweet odors.

⁸ I will speak with him mouth to mouth, even clearly, and not in dark speeches. And he shall behold the likeness of Jehovah. Why then were you not afraid to speak against My servant Moses?

²¹ But truly, as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of Jehovah.

³⁰ But Sihon king of Heshbon would not let us pass by him. For Jehovah your God hardened his spirit and made his heart stubborn so that He might deliver him into your hand, as it is this day.

³³ Did people ever hear the voice of God speaking out of the midst of the fire as you have heard and live? ³⁴ Or has God gone forth to take a nation for Himself from the midst of a nation, by trials, by signs, and by wonders, and by war, and by a mighty hand, and by a stretched out arm, and by great terrors, according to all that Jehovah your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes? ³⁵ It was shown to you so that you might know that Jehovah is God, and no one else beside Him. ³⁶ He made you hear His voice out of Heaven so that He might teach you. And He showed you His great fire upon earth. And you heard His words out of the midst of the fire.

⁶⁴ And Jehovah shall scatter you among all people, from the one end of the earth even to the other, and you shall serve other gods there, which neither you nor your fathers have known, wood and stone.

²² And the rest of the acts of Uzziah, first and last, Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, wrote. ²³ And Uzziah slept with his fathers, and they buried him with his fathers in the field of the burial of the kings. For they said, He is a leper. And his son Jotham reigned in his place.

¹¹ And they sang, praising and giving thanks to Jehovah, because He is good, for His mercy endures forever toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout when they praised Jehovah, because the foundation of the house of Jehovah was laid.

² For they have taken of their daughters for themselves and for their sons. So the holy seed has mixed themselves with the people of those lands. Yes, the hand of the leaders and overseers has been chief in this sin.

⁶ And a day came when the sons of God came to present themselves before Jehovah. And Satan also came among them.

¹⁸ Behold, He puts no trust in His servants, and His angels He charges with folly!

⁷ For there is hope of a tree, if it is cut down, that it will sprout again, and its tender branch will not cease. ⁸ Though its root becomes old in the earth, and its stump dies in the dust, ⁹ yet at the scent of water it will bud and bring forth branches like a plant.

¹⁵ Behold, He puts no trust in His saints; yea, the heavens are not clean in His sight.

⁵ I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear; but now my eye has seen You. ⁶ Therefore I despise myself, and repent in dust and ashes.

¹ To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; and the expanse proclaims His handiwork. ² Day to day pours forth speech, and night to night reveals knowledge. ³ There is no speech nor are there words; their voice is not heard.

⁷ Lift up your heads, O gates; and be lifted up, O everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. ⁸ Who is this King of glory? Jehovah strong and mighty, Jehovah mighty in battle. ⁹ Lift up your heads, O gates; even lift up, O everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. ¹⁰ Who is this King of glory? Jehovah of Hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah.

¹⁰ Be still, and know that I am God! I will be praised among the nations, I will be praised in the earth.

¹³ Return, O Jehovah! How long? And give pity to Your servants.

³ How long shall the wicked, O Jehovah, how long shall the wicked exult?

²⁰ Bless Jehovah, O angels of His, who excel in strength, who do His command, listening to the voice of His Word.

⁴ He makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flaming fire.

⁵ Be lifted up, O God, above the heavens; and Your glory above all the earth;

⁵ Who is like Jehovah our God, who dwells on high,

⁷⁰ Their heart is without feeling, like fat; but I delight in Your Law.

¹ The vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah.

⁷ Your land is wasted, your cities burned with fire. Strangers devour your land right before your eyes, and it is wasted, as overthrown by strangers.

⁹ Except Jehovah of Hosts had left us a very small remnant, we would be as Sodom; we would be like Gomorrah.

²⁶ And her gates shall lament and mourn; and she shall sit deserted on the ground.

³ And it shall be, he who is left in Zion, and he who remains in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even everyone who is written among the living in Jerusalem;

⁹ They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain; for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of Jehovah, as the waters cover the sea. ¹⁰ And in that day there shall be the Root of Jesse standing for a banner of the people; to Him the nations shall seek; and His resting place shall be glorious.

⁴ And in that day you shall say, Praise Jehovah! Call on His name; declare His doings among the people, make mention that His name is exalted.

²² And Jehovah shall strike Egypt; He shall strike and heal; and they shall return to Jehovah, and He shall hear them and shall heal them.

¹ Behold, Jehovah empties the land and makes it bare, and distorts its face, and scatters its inhabitants. ² And as it is with the people, so it shall be with the priest; as with the servant, so with the master; as with the handmaid, so it is with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with the creditor, so with the debtor. ³ The land shall be completely emptied, and utterly stripped; for Jehovah has spoken this Word. ⁴ The earth mourns and languishes; the world droops and languishes; the proud people of the earth droop. ⁵ And the land is defiled under its people; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, and have broken the everlasting covenant. ⁶ Therefore the curse has devoured the earth, and they who dwell in it are deserted; therefore the people of the earth are burned, and few men left. ⁷ The new wine mourns, the vine droops, all the merry-hearted sigh. ⁸ The gladness of tambourines ceases, the noise of those who rejoice ends; the joy of the harp ceases. ⁹ They shall not drink wine with a song; strong drink shall be bitter to those who drink it. ¹⁰ The city of shame is broken down; every house is shut up so that no one may come in. ¹¹ A crying for wine is in the streets; all joy is darkened, the gladness in the land has gone. ¹² In the city is left desolation, and the gate is stricken with ruin.

¹⁶ From the ends of the earth we have heard songs, glory to the righteous. But I said, Leanness to me! Leanness to me! Woe to me! Deceivers deceive, even with treachery. Deceivers deceive!

¹⁵ You have increased the nation, O Jehovah, You have increased the nation; You are glorified; You have extended all the ends of the land.

¹⁰ For Jehovah has poured out on you the spirit of deep sleep, and has closed your eyes; He has covered the prophets and your heads, the seers.

¹³ And Jehovah said, Because this people draw near Me with their mouth, and with their lips honor Me, but have removed their heart far from Me, and their fear toward Me is taught by the command of men;

⁸ Now go, write it before them in a tablet, and note it in a book, so that it may be for the time to come forever and ever, ⁹ that this is a rebellious people, lying sons. They are sons who will not hear the Law of Jehovah; ¹⁰ who say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Do not prophesy to us right things, speak to us smooth things, prophesy falsehood; ¹¹ go out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us.

¹⁷ Your eyes shall see the king in his beauty; they shall behold the land that is very far off.

⁵ and the glory of Jehovah shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of Jehovah has spoken.

⁸ Bring out the blind people who have eyes, and the deaf who have ears.

²⁵ I, I am He who blots out your sins for My own sake, and will not remember your sins.

¹⁸ They have not known nor understood; for He has shut their eyes so that they cannot see; and their hearts so that they cannot understand. ¹⁹ And none thinks within his heart, nor is there knowledge nor understanding to say, I have burned part of it in the fire; yea, also I have baked bread on the coals of it; I have roasted flesh and eaten; and shall I make the rest of it an abomination? Shall I fall down to the stock of a tree? ²⁰ He feeds on ashes; a deceived heart has turned him aside, so that he cannot deliver his soul, nor say, Is there not a lie in my right hand?

⁵ But He was wounded for our transgressions; He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on Him; and with His stripes we ourselves are healed.

¹⁰ Yet it pleased Jehovah to crush Him; to grieve Him; that He should put forth His soul as a guilt-offering. He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, and the will of Jehovah shall prosper in His hand.

¹⁵ For so says the high and lofty One who inhabits eternity; whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, even with the contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

¹⁷ O Jehovah, why have You made us wander from Your ways. You harden our heart from Your fear? For Your servants' sake, return the tribes of Your inheritance.

¹ I am sought by those who asked not for Me; I am found by those who did not seek Me. I said, Behold Me, behold Me, to a nation not calling on My name.

⁸ So says Jehovah, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one says, Do not destroy it, for a blessing is in it; so I will do to My servants, that I may not destroy them all. ⁹ And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah one who inherits My mountains; and My elect will inherit it, and My servants will dwell there.

¹ So says Jehovah, Heaven is My throne, and earth My footstool. Where, then, is the house that you build for Me? And where is the place of My rest?

⁶ Then I said, Alas, Lord Jehovah! Behold, I do not know to speak; for I am a boy.

⁹ And Jehovah put forth His hand, and touched my mouth. And Jehovah said to me, Behold, I have put My Words in your mouth.

²⁹ Every city shall flee from the sound of the horsemen and bowmen. They shall go into thickets and climb up among the rocks. All the city is abandoned, and not a man shall live in them.

²¹ Now hear this, O foolish people and without heart; who have eyes and see not; who have ears and hear not;

¹⁰ To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? Behold, their ears are not circumcised, and they cannot listen. Behold, the Word of Jehovah is to them a reproach; they have no delight in it.

³ And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies. But they are not mighty for the truth on the earth; for they go from evil to evil, and they do not know Me, says Jehovah. ⁴ Everyone beware of his neighbor, and do not trust any brother! For every brother will supplant his neighbor, and will walk with slanders. ⁵ And everyone will deceive his neighbor and will not speak the truth; they have taught their tongue to speak lies, and they weary themselves to commit iniquity. ⁶ Your dwelling is in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know Me, says Jehovah. ⁷ Therefore so says Jehovah of Hosts, Behold, I will melt them and try them; for what else can I do for the daughter of My people? ⁸ Their tongue is a slaughtering arrow; it speaks deceit; one speaks peaceably to his neighbor with his mouth, but in heart he lies in ambush.

⁷ I have forsaken My house; I have left My inheritance. I have given the dearly beloved of My soul into the hand of her enemies.

¹ Then Jehovah said to me, Though Moses and Samuel stood before Me, My soul could not be toward this people. Send them out of My sight, and let them go out. ² And it will be, if they say to you, Where shall we go? Then you shall tell them, So says Jehovah: Those who are for death, go to death; and those for the sword, to the sword; and those for the famine, to the famine; and those for the captivity, to the captivity.

⁴ And I will make them a horror to all kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh the son of Hezekiah, king of Judah, for what he did in Jerusalem.

⁵⁷ And I will make her rulers drunk, also her wise ones, her governors, and her rulers, and her mighty men. And they shall sleep a never-ending sleep and not awaken, says the King whose name is Jehovah of Hosts.

²⁸ This is the people whom Nebuchadnezzar exiled: in the seventh year, three thousand and twenty-three Jews; ²⁹ in the eighteenth year of Nebuchadnezzar he exiled from Jerusalem eight hundred and thirty-two persons; ³⁰ in the twenty-third year of Nebuchadnezzar, Nebuzaradan the chief of the executioners exiled seven hundred and forty-five persons of the Jews. All the persons were four thousand and six hundred.

²⁰ Why do You forget us forever and forsake us the length of days?

¹ And it happened in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the fifth of the month, as I was among the captives by the river Chebar, the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.

⁴ And I looked, and behold, a windstorm came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire flashing itself, and a brightness to it all around, and out of its midst, like the color of polished bronze out of the middle of the fire.

⁶ And four faces were to each, and four wings to each.

⁹ joining each one to the other by their wings. They did not turn in their going; each one went toward the front of their face.

¹¹ So their faces were. And their wings were stretched upward; to each, the two wings of each one were joined; and two wings covered their bodies.

²⁴ And I heard the sound of their wings, like the sound of great waters, like the voice of the Almighty, in their going was the sound of tumult, like the sound of an army. In their standing still, they let down their wings. ²⁵ And there was a voice from the expanse which was over their heads, in their standing still, and they let down their wings. ²⁶ And from above the expanse that was over their heads was a likeness like a sapphire stone, the likeness of a throne. And on the likeness of the throne was a likeness looking like a man on it from above. ²⁷ And I saw Him looking like the color of polished bronze, looking like fire all around within it. From the likeness of His loins even upward, and from the likeness of His loins even downward, I saw Him, looking like fire, and it had brightness all around. ²⁸ As the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain looks, so the brightness all around looked. This was how the likeness of the glory of Jehovah looked. And I saw. And I fell on my face, and I heard a voice of One speaking.

⁶ And you, son of man, do not be afraid of them, and of their words, though briers and thorns are with you, and you dwell among scorpions. Do not be afraid of their words, nor frightened by their faces, though they are a rebellious house. ⁷ And you shall speak My Words to them, whether they will hear or whether they will forbear, for they are rebellious. ⁸ But you, son of man, hear what I am saying to you. Do not be rebellious like that rebellious house. Open your mouth and eat what I am giving you.

⁶ not to many people of a deep lip and of a difficult language, whose words you cannot hear. Surely, if I had sent you to them, they would have listened to you. ⁷ But the house of Israel will not listen to you, for they will not listen to Me; for all the house of Israel are strong of forehead and hard of heart. ⁸ Behold, I have made your face strong against their faces and your forehead strong against their foreheads. ⁹ I have made your forehead as an adamant harder than flint. Do not be bowed down by their faces, though they are a rebellious house. ¹⁰ And He said to me, Son of man, receive all My Words which I shall speak to you in your heart, and hear with your ears. ¹¹ And go! Go to those of the captivity, to the sons of your people, and speak to them, and tell them, So says the Lord Jehovah; whether they will hear or whether they will forbear.

¹ And I looked, and behold! In the expanse over the head of the cherubs was seen the appearance of the form of a throne, like a sapphire stone, above them. ² And He spoke to the man clothed with linen, and said, Go in among the wheels, under the cherub, and fill your hands with coals of fire from between the cherubs, and scatter them on the city. And he went in before me.

⁵ And the sound of the cherubs' wings was heard over the outer court, as the voice of the Almighty God when He speaks.

¹⁶ And when the cherubs went, the wheels went beside them; and when the cherubs lifted their wings to soar from the earth, the wheels did not turn from beside them, even they.

²¹ Four, even four faces are to each; and four wings to each. And the form of a man's hands was under their wings.

His throne was like flames of fire, and His wheels like burning fire. ¹⁰ A stream of fire went out and came out from before Him. A thousand thousands served Him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him. The judgment was set, and the books were opened.

For the men who were with me did not see the vision; but a great quaking fell on them, so that they fled to hide themselves. ⁸ Therefore I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me. For my beauty was turned within me to corruption, and I kept no strength.

¹⁶ And behold, one looking like the sons of men touched my lips. Then I opened my mouth and spoke and said to him who stood before me, O lord, my sorrows are turned on me by the vision, and I have kept no strength.

And to him He said, Behold, I have caused your iniquity to pass from you, and I will clothe you with ceremonial robes.

¹⁴ And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah which said, "By hearing you shall hear and shall not understand; and seeing you shall see and shall not perceive; ¹⁵ for this people's heart has become gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and they have closed their eyes, lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them."

⁴⁰ "He has blinded their eyes and hardened their heart, so that they should not see with their eyes nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them." ⁴¹ Isaiah said these things when he saw His glory and spoke of Him.

⁸ even as it is written, "God gave to them a spirit of slumber, eyes not seeing, and ears not hearing" until this day.

¹⁵ For if their casting away is the reconciling of the world, what is the reception except life from the dead? ¹⁶ For if the firstfruit is holy, the lump is also holy; and if the root is holy, also the branches. ¹⁷ And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and became a sharer of the root and the fatness of the olive tree with them, ¹⁸ do not boast against the branches. But if you boast, it is not you that bears the root, but the root bears you. ¹⁹ You will say then, The branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in. ²⁰ Well, because of unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by faith. Do not be high-minded, but fear. ²¹ For if God did not spare the natural branches, fear lest He also may not spare you either! ²² Behold then the kindness, and the severity of God; on those having fallen, severity; but on you, kindness, if you continue in the kindness. Otherwise you also will be cut off. ²³ And those also, if they do not continue in unbelief, will be grafted in. For God is able to graft them in again. ²⁴ For if you were cut out of the natural wild olive tree, and were grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree; how much more these being according to nature will be grafted into their own olive-tree? ²⁵ For I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, lest you should be wise within yourselves; that blindness in part has happened to Israel, until the fullness of the nations has comes in. ²⁶ And so all Israel shall be saved; as it is written, "There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob. ²⁷ For this is My covenant with them, when I have taken away their sins." ²⁸ Indeed as regards the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes. But as regards the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes. ²⁹ For the free gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

¹⁶ to the one we are the savor of death to death, and to the other we are the savor of life to life. And who is sufficient for these things?

It was added because of transgressions, until the Seed should come to those to whom it had been promised, being ordained through angels in the Mediator's hand.

²⁸ There cannot be Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is no male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. ²⁹ And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promise.

²⁰ which He worked in Christ in raising Him from the dead, and He seated Him at His right hand in the heavenlies, ²¹ far above all principality and authority and power and dominion, and every name being named, not only in this world, but also in the coming age.

⁸ This grace is given to me (who am less than the least of all saints) to preach the gospel of the unsearchable riches of Christ among the nations,

¹⁶ who alone has immortality, dwelling in light which cannot be approached, whom no one of men have seen, nor can see; to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen.

⁷ And of the angels He says, "Who makes His angels spirits and His ministers a flame of fire."

¹⁴ Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for those who shall be heirs of salvation?

¹³ For if the blood of bulls and of goats and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling the unclean sanctifies to the purifying of the flesh, ¹⁴ how much more shall the blood of Christ (who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God) purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

²² And almost all things are by the law purged with blood, and without shedding of blood is no remission. ²³ Therefore it was necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these, but the heavenly things themselves were purified with better sacrifices than these. ²⁴ For Christ has not entered into the Holy of Holies made with hands, which are the figures of the true, but into Heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us. ²⁵ Nor yet that He should offer Himself often, even as the high priest enters into the Holy of Holies every year with the blood of others ²⁶ (for then He must have suffered often since the foundation of the world), but now once in the end of the world He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.

¹⁰ We have an altar of which they have no right to eat, those who serve the tabernacle.

¹ My brothers, do not be many teachers, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. ² For in many things we all offend. If anyone does not offend in word, the same is a full-grown man, able also to bridle the whole body.

And by this we curse men, who have come into being according to the image of God. ¹⁰ Out of the same mouth proceeds blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so.

⁷ But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

¹ My little children, I write these things to you so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. ² And He is the propitiation concerning our sins, and not concerning ours only, but also concerning the sins of all the world.

⁵ even from Jesus Christ the faithful Witness, the First-born from the dead and the Ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, ⁶ and made us kings and priests to God and His Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. ⁷ Behold, He comes with the clouds, and every eye will see Him, and those who pierced Him will see Him, and all the kindreds of the earth will wail because of Him. Even so, Amen.

And God will wipe away all tears from their eyes.

³ And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer. And many incenses were given to him, so that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints on the golden altar before the throne. ⁴ And the smoke of the incense which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God from the angel's hand. ⁵ And the angel took the censer and filled it with fire from the altar, and cast it into the earth. And voices and thunderings and lightnings and an earthquake occurred.

¹³ And I saw and I heard one angel flying in mid-heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe! Woe! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth, from the rest of the voices of the trumpet of the three angels being about to sound!

⁶ And I saw another angel flying in mid-heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those dwelling on the earth, even to every nation and kindred and tongue and people,

³ And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are Your works, Lord God Almighty, just and true are Your ways, O King of saints. ⁴ Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You only are holy. For all nations shall come and worship before You, for Your righteousnesses were made known.

⁸ And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from His authority. And no one was able to enter into the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.
