²⁵ And she said to him, We have both straw and fodder enough, and room to lodge in.

⁴ Let a little water, I pray, be brought, and wash Your feet, and rest under the tree. ⁵ And I will bring a bite of bread, and will comfort your hearts. After that You shall pass on. For this is why You have come to Your servant. And they said, Do so, as you have said. ⁶ And Abraham hastened into the tent to Sarah, and said, Make ready quickly three measures of fine meal; knead it, and make cakes. ⁷ And Abraham ran out to the herd and brought a calf, tender and good. And he gave it to a young man. And he hurried to dress it. ⁸ And he took butter and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them. And he stood by them under the tree, and they ate.

¹⁹ Yet here is both straw and food for our asses. And there is bread and wine also for me, and for your slave woman, and for the young man who is with your servants. There is no lack of anything. ²⁰ And the old man said, Peace be with you. Yet all that you lack shall be on me. Only do not stay in the street. ²¹ And he brought him into his house and mixed fodder for the asses. And they washed their feet, and ate and drank.
