⁹ That which has been is that which shall be; and that which has been done is that which shall be done; and there is nothing new under the sun.

¹² And I turned to behold wisdom, and madness, and folly; for what can the man do who comes after the king, when they have already done it?

¹⁵ That which has been is now; and that which is to be has already been; and God requires that which is past.

¹⁰ That which has been is named already, and it is known that he is man. And he is not able to contend with Him who is mightier than he.

¹⁰ Do not say, Why was it that the former days were better than these? For you do not ask wisely in regard to this.

¹⁹ Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall sprout; shall you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.

²² How long will you turn to and fro, O faithless daughter? For Jehovah has created a new thing in the land; a woman shall enclose a man.

¹ But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who secretly will bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing on themselves swift destruction.

¹ And I saw a new heaven and a new earth. For the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. And the sea no longer is.

⁵ And He sitting on the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And He said to me, Write, for these words are true and faithful.
