¹³ So then he speaking in a language, let him pray that he may interpret.

²⁴ Therefore I say to you, All things, whatever you ask, praying, believe that you shall receive them, and it will be to you.

¹³ And whatever you may ask in My name, that I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. ¹⁴ If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.

¹⁴ these all were continuing with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.

²⁹ And now, Lord, behold their threatenings, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your Word, ³⁰ by stretching forth of Your hand for healing, and miracles, and wonders may be done by the name of Your holy child Jesus. ³¹ And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled was shaken. ²⁷ If one speaks in a language, let it be by two, or at the most three, and in succession. And let one interpret. ²⁸ But if there is no interpreter, let him be silent in a church; and let him speak to himself and to God.
