⁴ Then would the waters have overwhelmed us, the stream would have passed over our soul;

¹¹ Or seest thou not the darkness? and the abundance of water which covereth thee?

¹⁹ And they shall fear from the west the name of the Lord, and from the rising of the sun his glory; for there shall come distress like the stream which the Spirit of the Lord urgeth forward.

⁷ Who is this that cometh up like a stream, whose waters are upheaved like the rivers? ⁸ Egypt cometh up like a stream, and like the rivers are the waters upheaved; and he saith, I will go up, I will cover the land; I will destroy the city and those that dwell therein.

²⁶ And after the sixty and two weeks will an anointed one be cut off without a successor to follow him: and the city and the sanctuary will the people of the prince that is coming destroy; but his end will come in a violent overthrow; but until the end of the war devastations are decreed against it.
