⁶ And a tabernacle shall it be for a shade in the daytime from the heat, and for a refuge, and for a covert from tempest and from rain.

⁵ For he will hide me in his pavilion on the day of evil; he will conceal me in the secret of his tabernacle; upon a rock will he place me high.

¹ He who sitteth under the secret protection of the Most High, shall rest under the shadow of the Almighty.

⁵ The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade, he is on thy right hand. ⁶ By day the sun shall not strike thee, nor the moon by night.

² And every one shall be as a hiding-place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivulets of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a large rock in a languishing land.

¹⁸ And then shall my people abide in peaceful dwellings, and secure abodes, and in undisturbed resting-places. ¹⁹ And it shall spread itself out in the declivity of the forest; and far down in the lowlands shall the city descend.

¹⁶ Therefore say, Thus hath said the Lord Eternal, Although I have removed them far away among the nations, and although I have scattered them among the countries: yet will I be to them as a minor sanctuary in the countries whither they are come.
