¹⁹ For it pleased God to complete all things in him;

²⁵ At that time, Jesus answered and said, I thank you, O my Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and the men of understanding, and you have revealed them to children. ²⁶ O yes, my Father, for such was your will. ²⁷ Everything has been delivered to me by my Father, and no man knows the Son except the Father, nor does any man know the Father but the Son, and he to whomever the Son wishes to reveal.

²¹ At that very hour, Jesus rejoiced in the Holy Spirit and said, I thank you, O my Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you did hide these things from the wise and men of understanding, and did reveal them to children; yes, my Father, for so it was well pleasing in your presence.

¹⁶ And of his fulness we have all received, grace for grace.

³⁴ For he whom God has sent, speaks the words of God; for God did not give the Spirit by measure.

³ Blessed be the God, and Father of our LORD Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heaven through Christ:

⁵ And he marked us with his love to be his from the beginning, and adopted us to be sons through Jesus Christ, as it pleased his will.

²³ Which is his body, and confirmation of him who fulfills all things and every thing.

¹⁰ So he that descended is the same also that ascended far above all heavens, that he might fulfil all things.

³ In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

⁹ For in him is embodied all the fulness of the Godhead.

¹¹ Where there is neither Jew nor Syrian, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Greek nor barbarian, slave nor freeman; but Christ is all and in all men.
