⁵ Now the fulfillment of the commandment is love out of a pure heart and of a good conscience and of a true faith:

⁶ If you teach these things to the brethren, you will be a good minister of Jesus Christ, brought up by the words of faith and in the good doctrine which you have been taught.

¹² For this cause I suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed; for I know whom I have trusted, and I am sure he will take care of me until that day.

¹⁵ And knowing that you have learned from your childhood the holy scriptures which are able to make you wise unto salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.

⁹ But beloved brethren, we expect from you the things that are good and that pertain to salvation, even though we speak in this manner.

¹³ These all died in faith not having received the promised land, but they saw it from afar off, and rejoiced in it; and they acknowledged that they were strangers and pilgrims on earth.

²² Let your souls be sanctified by obedience to the truth, and be filled with sincere love, so that you may love one another with pure and perfect hearts:
