¹⁶ So should they bring upon themselves the iniquity of trespass in their eating their holy things: for I [am] the Lord that sanctifies them.

¹⁸ And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,

⁸ And you⌃ shall observe my ordinances, and do them: I [am] the Lord that sanctifies you.

⁹ And they shall keep my ordinances, that they do not bear iniquity because of them, and die because of them, if they shall profane them: I [am] the Lord God that sanctifies them.

⁴ O Lord, make me to know mine end, and the number of my days, what it is; that I may know what I lack.

¹¹ the Lord also is pleased to take away from the travail of his soul, to show him light, and to form [him] with understanding; to justify the just one who serves many well; and he shall bear their sins. ¹² Therefore he shall inherit many, and he shall divide the spoils of the mighty; because his soul was delivered to death: and he was numbered among the transgressors; and he bore the sins of many, and was delivered because of their iniquities.
