² And He was transfigured before them, and His face shone like the sun, and His clothing became white as the light.

²⁹ And it happened as Moses was going down from Mount Sinai, the two tablets of the testimony being in Moses' hand as he went down from the mountain, Moses did not know that the skin of his face had become luminous through His speaking with him. ³⁰ And Aaron and all the sons of Israel saw Moses. And, behold! The skin of his face had become luminous. And they were afraid to draw near to him. ³¹ And Moses called to them. And Aaron and all the leaders among the congregation turned back to him. And Moses spoke to them. ³² And afterwards all the sons of Israel drew near. And he commanded them all which Jehovah had spoken with him in Mount Sinai. ³³ And Moses finished speaking with them, and he put a veil on his face. ³⁴ And as Moses came in before Jehovah to speak with Him, he took off the veil until he went out. And he would go out and speak to the sons of Israel that which he was commanded. ³⁵ And the sons of Israel would see the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses' face had become luminous. And Moses would put back the veil on his face until he went in to speak with Him.

² covering Yourself with light like a cloak, and stretching out the heavens like a curtain;

³ And his face was as lightning and his clothing white as snow.

³ And His garments became shining, very white like snow, such as a fuller on earth is not able to whiten.

²⁹ And in His praying, the appearance of His face became different, and His clothing was dazzling white.

¹⁴ And the Word became flesh and tabernacled among us. And we beheld His glory, glory as of an only begotten from the Father, full of grace and of truth.

²⁴ Father, I desire that those whom You have given Me, that where I am, they may be with Me also, that they may behold My glory which You gave Me, because You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

¹³ at midday along the highway, O king, I and those with me saw a light from heaven shining around me above the brightness of the sun. ¹⁴ And all of us falling to the ground, I heard a voice speaking to me, and saying in the Hebrew dialect, Saul, Saul why do you persecute Me? It is hard for you to kick against the prods. ¹⁵ And I said, Who are you, Sir? And He said, I am Jesus whom you persecute;

² And be not conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, in order to prove by you what is the good and pleasing and perfect will of God.

⁶ who subsisting in the form of God thought it not robbery to be equal with God, ⁷ but emptied Himself, taking the form of a slave, having become in the likeness of men

¹³ And having turned, I saw seven golden lampstands, and in the midst of the seven lampstands One like the Son of man, having been clothed to the feet, and having been girded with a golden girdle at the breasts. ¹⁴ And the hairs of His head were white as white wool, as snow, and His eyes as a flame of fire; ¹⁵ and His feet like burnished brass having been fired in a furnace; and His voice as a sound of many waters; ¹⁶ and having in His right hand seven stars; and a sharp, two-edged sword proceeding out of His mouth, and His face shining as the sun in its power. ¹⁷ And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet, as dead. And He put His right hand on me, saying to me, Do not fear. I am the First and the Last,

¹ And I saw another strong angel coming down out of the heaven, having been clothed with a cloud, and a rainbow on the head; and his face as the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire.

¹² And His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head many diadems, having a name that had been written, which no one knows except Himself; ¹³ and having been clothed in a garment which had been dipped in blood. And His name is called The Word of God.

¹¹ And I saw a great white throne, and the One sitting on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled; and a place was not found for them.
