³⁰ And he said, Please do not my Lord be angry, that I may speak; perhaps thirty will be found there. And He said, I will not do it if I find thirty there.

³² And he said, I pray, let not my Lord be angry that I may speak only this time; perhaps ten will be found there. And He said, I will not destroy because of the ten.

¹⁰ The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor the lawmaker from between his feet, until Shiloh come, and the obedience of the peoples to him.

⁵ And he spoke to Korah, and to all his company, saying, In the morning Jehovah will show who are His, and him who is holy, and shall cause him to come near Him; even him whom He may choose, He will cause to come near to Him.

⁴⁰ a memorial to the sons of Israel, so that an alien who is not of the seed of Aaron shall not draw near to offer incense before Jehovah, and shall not be as Korah, and as his company; as Jehovah had spoken by the hand of Moses to him.

¹² And the sons of Israel spoke to Moses, saying, Behold, we die. we perish, we all perish. ¹³ Anyone who draws near to the tabernacle of Jehovah shall die; shall we be consumed to die?

¹⁸ I shall raise up a Prophet to them from among their brothers, one like you; and I will put My words in His mouth; and He shall speak to them all that I shall command Him.

⁵ And he was king in Jeshurun, when the heads of the people assembled, the tribes of Israel.

¹³ He shall build a house for My Name, and I shall establish the throne of his kingdom forever.

² who came with Zerubbabel: Jeshua, Nehemiah, Seraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum, Baanah. This is the number of the men of the people of Israel:

²⁵ And you, Ezra, according to the wisdom of your God in your hand, you appoint judges and magistrates who may judge all the people who are Beyond the River; all who know the laws of your God; and those who do not know, you cause to know. ²⁶ And whoever will not do the law of your God, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed diligently on him, whether to death, or to exile, or to confiscation of goods, or imprisonment.

⁹ Then I came to the governors of the province Beyond the River, and gave them the king's letters. And the king had sent army commanders and horsemen with me. ¹⁰ And Sanballat the Horonite and Tobiah the servant the Ammonite, heard. And it grieved them greatly that a man had come to seek the good of the sons of Israel.

² I commanded that my brother Hanani, and Hananiah the ruler of the palace be over Jerusalem. For he was as a faithful man and feared God above many.

³ Oh that I knew where I might find Him, I would come into His seat; ⁴ I would order my cause before Him, and I would fill my mouth with arguments. ⁵ I would know the words He would answer me, and understand what He would say to me.

³ Who is this hiding counsel without knowledge? So I declared, but did not understand things too wonderful for me; yea, I did not know. ⁴ I pray, Listen, and I will speak; I will ask You, and You will make me know. ⁵ I have heard of You by hearing of the ear, but now my eye has seen You; ⁶ Therefore, I despise myself, and I have repented on dust and ashes.

²⁹ And I have established his Seed forever, and His throne as the days of the heavens.

¹ A Psalm of David. A statement of Jehovah to my Lord: Sit at My right hand, until I place Your enemies as Your footstool. ² Jehovah shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion; rule in the midst of Your enemies. ³ Your people shall be willing in the day of Your power; in holy adornment from the womb of the dawn, to You is the dew of Your youth. ⁴ Jehovah has sworn and will not repent: You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.

⁶ For a Child is born; to us a Son is given; and the government is on His shoulder; and His name is called Wonderful, Counselor, the mighty God, the everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace. ⁷ There is no end to the increase of His government and of peace on the throne of David, and on His kingdom, to order it, and to sustain it with justice and with righteousness, from now and forever. The zeal of Jehovah of Hosts will do this.

¹ Who is this who comes from Edom with dyed garments from Bozrah, this One adorned in His clothing, bending in His great power? It is I, speaking in righteousness, mighty to save!

⁵ Behold, the days come, says Jehovah, that I will raise to David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and act wisely, and shall do justice and righteousness in the earth. ⁶ In His days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely. And this is His name by which He shall be called, Jehovah our Righteousness.

⁹ but they shall serve Jehovah their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up to them.

¹⁵ In those days, and at that time, I will cause a Branch of righteousness to grow up to David. And He shall do judgment and righteousness in the land.

¹⁹ Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan against the home of the strong. But I will suddenly make him run away from it. And who is the chosen one I shall appoint over it? For who is like Me? And who will summon Me? And who then is a shepherd who will stand before Me?

⁴⁴ Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan against the home of the strong. But I will make them suddenly run away from it. And who is a chosen one I will appoint over it? For who is like Me? And who will summon Me? And who is a shepherd who will stand before Me?

²³ And I will raise up over them one Shepherd. And He shall feed them. My servant David, He shall feed them, and He shall be their Shepherd. ²⁴ And I, Jehovah, will be their God, and My servant David shall be a ruler among them. I, Jehovah, have spoken.

²⁴ And My Servant, David, shall be King over them. And there shall be one Shepherd to all of them. And they shall walk in My judgments and keep My statutes, and do them.

² And you, Bethlehem Ephratah, being least among the thousands of Judah, out of you He shall come forth to Me to become Ruler in Israel; and His goings forth have been from of old, from the days of eternity. ³ So He will give them over until the time the one giving birth has given birth. Then the rest of His brothers shall return to the sons of Israel. ⁴ And He shall stand and feed in the strength of Jehovah, in the majesty of the name of Jehovah His God. And they shall sit, for now He is great to the ends of the earth.

¹² And speak to him, saying, So says Jehovah of hosts, saying, Behold! The Man whose name is THE BRANCH! And He shall spring up out of His place, and He shall build the temple of Jehovah. ¹³ Even He shall build the temple of Jehovah; and He shall bear the majesty, and shall sit and rule on His throne. And He shall be a priest on His throne; and the counsel of peace shall be between the two of them.

⁹ Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King comes to you! He is righteous and victorious, lowly, and riding on an ass, even on a colt, the son of an ass. ¹⁰ And I Will cut off the chariot from Ephraim and the horse from Jerusalem. And the battle bow shall be cut off, and He shall speak peace to the nations. And His dominion shall be from sea to sea, and from the River to the ends of the earth.

² saying, Where is He born King of the Jews? For we saw His star in the east and have come to worship Him.

¹⁷ And behold! A voice out of the heaven saying, This is My Son, the Beloved, in whom I have found delight. Psa. 2:7; Gen. 22:2; Isa. 42:1

⁵ "Tell the daughter of Zion, Behold, your King comes to you, meek and mounted on an ass, even a colt, the son of an ass." Isa. 62:11; Zech. 9:9 ⁶ And the disciples, going and doing as Jesus ordered them, ⁷ they led the ass and the colt. And they put on them their garments, and set Him on them. ⁸ And most of the crowd spread their garments on the road. And others were cutting branches from the trees and were spreading them in the road. ⁹ And the crowd, the ones going before and the ones following, were crying out, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David! "Blessed is He coming in the name of the Lord"! Hosanna in the highest! Psa. 118:25, 26 ¹⁰ And as He entered into Jerusalem, all the city was shaken, saying, Who is this? ¹¹ And the crowds said, This is Jesus, the Prophet, the one from Nazareth of Galilee.

³⁷ And they put up over His head His charge, it having been written: THIS IS JESUS, THE KING OF THE JEWS.

⁹ And those going before, and those following after, were crying out, saying, Hosanna! "Blessed is the One coming in the name of the Lord!" Psa. 118:25, 26 ¹⁰ Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!

³² This One will be great and will be called Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. ³³ And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever; and of His kingdom there will be no end.

²⁶ Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things, and to enter into His glory?

³⁶ Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would have fought that I might not be delivered up to the Jews. But now My kingdom is not from here. ³⁷ Then Pilate said to Him, Are you really a king? Jesus answered, You say that I am a king. For this purpose I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, that I might witness to the Truth. Everyone being of the Truth hears My voice.

¹⁹ And Pilate also wrote a title and put it on the cross. And having been written, it was: JESUS THE NAZARENE, THE KING OF THE JEWS. ²⁰ Therefore, many of the Jews read this title, because the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city. And it had been written in Hebrew, in Greek, in Latin. ²¹ Then the chief priests of the Jews said to Pilate, Do not write, The king of the Jews, but that one said, I am king of the Jews. ²² Pilate answered, What I have written, I have written.

³⁴ For David did not ascend into Heaven, but he says, "The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at My right hand ³⁵ until I place Your enemies as a footstool for Your feet." LXX-Psa. 109:1; MT-Psa. 110:1 ³⁶ Then assuredly, let all the house of Israel acknowledge that God made Him both Lord and Christ, this same Jesus whom you crucified.

³¹ This One God has exalted as a Ruler and Savior to His right hand, to give to Israel repentance and remission of sins.

³⁴ Who is he condemning? It is Christ who has died, but rather also is raised, who also is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us.

³ who being the shining splendor of His glory, and the express image of His essence, and upholding all things by the word of His power, having made purification of our sins through Himself, He sat down on the right of the Majesty on high, Psa. 110:1

¹⁴ Then having a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast the confession. ¹⁵ For we do not have a high priest not being able to sympathize with our weaknesses but One having been tried in all respects according to our likeness, apart from sin. ¹⁶ Therefore, let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and we may find grace for help in time of need.

²¹ for they have become priests without the swearing of an oath, but He with the swearing through Him who says to Him, " The Lord swore, and will not repent, You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek;" Psa. 110:4 ²² by so much Jesus has become Surety of a better covenant. ²³ And they truly are many priests, being hindered from continuing because of death; ²⁴ but He has the priesthood not to be passed on, because of His continuing forever. ²⁵ From this also He is able to save to perfection those who come to God through Him, ever living to intercede on their behalf. ²⁶ For such a High Priest was fitting for us: holy, harmless, undefiled, and separated from sinners, and having become higher than the heavens;

¹⁵ And because of this He is Mediator of a new covenant, so that, death having occurred for redemption of transgressions under the first covenant, those having been called out might receive the promise of the everlasting inheritance. ¹⁶ For where a covenant is, the death of him having covenanted must be offered. ¹⁷ For a covenant is affirmed over those dead, since it never has force when he who has covenanted is living. ¹⁸ From which neither the first covenant was dedicated without blood. ¹⁹ For when every command had been spoken according to Law by Moses to all the people, he took the blood of the calves and goats, with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and he sprinkled both the scroll and all the people, ²⁰ saying, "This is the blood of the covenant which God enjoined to you." Ex. 24:8 ²¹ And he likewise sprinkled both the tabernacle and all the service vessels with the blood. ²² And almost all things are cleansed by blood according to the Law; and apart from shedding of blood no remission occurs. ²³ Then it was needful for the figures of the things in the heavens to be cleansed with these; but the heavenly things themselves by better sacrifices than these. ²⁴ For Christ did not enter into the Holy of Holies made by hands, types of the true things, but into Heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God on our behalf,

² And He is the propitiation relating to our sins, and not relating to ours only, but also relating to all the world.

⁹ And they sing a new song, saying, Worthy are You to receive the scroll, and to open its seals, because You were slain, and by Your blood purchased us to God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, ¹⁰ and made us kings and priests to our God; and we shall reign over the earth.

¹⁶ And He has on His garment and on His thigh a name having been written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
