²² Though you wash yourself with potash, and multiply soap for yourself, your iniquity is stained before Me, declares the Lord Jehovah.

³⁴ Is it not stored up with Me, sealed in My treasuries?

³⁰ If I wash myself with snow, and make my hands clean with soap, ³¹ yet You will plunge me into the ditch, and my own clothes would abhor me.

¹⁷ My transgression is sealed up in a bag, and You cover over my iniquity.
