⁷ And David said to him, Do not be afraid, for I will certainly show kindness to you because of your father Jonathan. And I will give back to you all the land of your father Saul. And you shall eat bread at my table continually.

¹⁸ And the men were afraid because they were brought into Joseph's house. And they said, Because of the silver that was returned in our sacks before, we are being brought in, to throw himself on us and to fall on us, and to take us and our asses for slaves.

²³ And he said, Peace to you; do not fear; your God and the God of your father has given a treasure to you in your sacks; your silver came to me. And he brought Simeon out to them.

¹⁸ his brothers also went and fell down before his face. And they said, Behold, we are your servants. ¹⁹ And Joseph said to them, Do not fear. For am I in the place of God? ²⁰ And you, you intended evil against me, but God meant it for good, in order to make it as it is this day, to keep a great many people alive. ²¹ And now do not fear; I will nourish you and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spoke to their hearts.

¹¹ And Boaz answered and said to her, It has been fully revealed to me all that you have done with your mother-in-law after the death of your husband. And you left your father and your mother, and the land of your birth, and came to a people which you had not known before. ¹² Jehovah shall repay your work, and your reward shall be complete from Jehovah the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge.

¹⁹ And all the people said to Samuel, Pray to Jehovah your God for your servants, and not we will die, for we have added this evil to all our sins to ask a king for ourselves. ²⁰ And Samuel said to the people, Do not fear. You have done all this evil, only do not turn aside from following Jehovah, and serve Jehovah with all your heart.

²⁴ Only fear Jehovah and serve Him in truth with all your heart, for see that He has done great things for you.

¹ And David said, Is there yet any left to the house of Saul, that I may show him kindness because of Jonathan?

³ And the king said, Is there not yet a man to the house of Saul, that I may show the kindness of God to him? And Ziba said to the king, There is yet a son to Jonathan, lame in both feet.

¹¹ And Ziba said to the king, According to all that my lord the king commands his servant, so your servant will do. And Mephibosheth was eating at my table like one of the king's sons.

⁸ And I gave you the house of your master, and your master's wives into your bosom. And I gave you the house of Israel and of Judah. And if that were too little, then I would have added to you these and those things .

²⁸ For all the house of my father would be nothing except men of death before my lord the king, and you have set your servant among those eating at your table. And what right is there to any more, even to cry any more to the king?

³³ And the king said to Barzillai, You pass over with me and I will sustain you with me in Jerusalem.

⁷ You shall be merciful to the sons of Barzillai the Gileadite, and they shall be among those eating at your table, for so they drew near to me when I fled from the face of your brother Absalom.

²⁹ And he changed his prison garments, and he ate bread continually before him all the days of his life.

⁹ Even a man desiring my welfare, I trusted in him, eating of my bread; this one has lifted up his heel against me.

³ Make the weak hands strong, and firm up the feeble knees. ⁴ Say to those of a hasty heart, Be strong! Do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance; with the full dealing of God, He will come and save you.

³³ And the slain of Jehovah shall be at that day from one end of the earth even to the other end of the earth. They shall not be mourned, nor gathered, nor buried; they shall be as dung on the face of the earth. ³⁴ Howl, O shepherds, and cry, and roll, O leaders of the flock! For the days of your slaughter and of your scatterings are fulfilled, and you shall fall like a desirable vessel.

¹¹ Give us today our daily bread,

³³ And the woman, being afraid and trembling, knowing what had happened on her, she came and fell down before Him and told Him all the truth. ³⁴ And He said to her, Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be whole from your plague.

¹² And seeing this, Zacharias was troubled, and fear fell on him. ¹³ But the angel said to him, Do not fear, Zacharias, because your prayer was heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear a son to you, and you shall call his name John.

²⁹ And seeing this, she was disturbed at his word, and considered what kind of greeting this might be. ³⁰ And the angel said to her, Do not fear, Mariam, for you have found favor from God.

³⁰ that you may eat and drink at My table in My kingdom; and you will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

¹⁶ May the Lord give mercy to the house of Onesiphorus, because he often refreshed me, and he was not ashamed of my chain, ¹⁷ but having come to Rome, he more diligently sought and found me . ¹⁸ May the Lord give to him to find mercy from the Lord in that Day. ²⁰ Behold, I stand at the door and knock: If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will enter to him, and I will dine with him, and he with Me.
