¹ See what manner of love the Father has given us, that we may be called children of God. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. ² Beloved, now we are the children of God, and it was not yet revealed what we shall be. But we know that if He is revealed, we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is. ³ And everyone having this hope on Him purifies himself even as that One is pure. ⁴ Everyone practicing sin also practices lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. ⁵ And you know that He was revealed that He might take away our sins, and sin is not in Him. ⁶ Everyone remaining in Him does not sin. Everyone sinning has not seen Him, nor known Him. ⁷ Little children, let no one lead you astray; the one practicing righteousness is righteous, even as that One is righteous. ⁸ The one practicing sin is of the Devil, because the Devil sins from the beginning. For this the Son of God was revealed, that He undo the works of the Devil. ⁹ Everyone who has been begotten of God does not sin, because His seed abides in him, and he is not able to sin, because he has been born of God. ¹⁰ By this the children of God and the children of the Devil are revealed: Everyone not practicing righteousness is not of God; also the one not loving his brother. ¹¹ Because this is the message which you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another, ¹² not as Cain was of the evil one, and killed his brother. And for what did he kill him? Because his works were evil, but the things of his brother were righteous. ¹³ Do not marvel, my brothers, if the world hates you. ¹⁴ We know that we have passed from death to life because we love the brothers. The one not loving the brother remains in death. ¹⁵ Everyone hating the brother is a murderer, and you know that every murderer does not have everlasting life abiding in him. ¹⁶ By this we have known the love of God, because that One laid down His life for us; and on behalf of the brothers we ought to lay down our lives. ¹⁷ Whoever has the means of life of the world, and sees his brother having need, and shuts up his bowels from him, how does the love of God abide in him? ¹⁸ My little children, let us not love in word, or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. ¹⁹ And in this we shall know that we are of the truth, and shall persuade our hearts before Him, ²⁰ that if our heart accuses us, we know that God is greater than our heart and knows all things. ²¹ Beloved, if our heart does not accuse us, we have confidence with God. ²² And whatever we ask, we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments, and we do the things pleasing before Him. ²³ And this is His commandment, that we should believe the name of His Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, even as He gave command to us. ²⁴ And the one keeping His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit which He gave to us.

¹⁹ And this was yet but little in Your eyes, O Lord Jehovah. But You have spoken also of Your servant's house for a time afar off. And is this the law of men, O Lord Jehovah?

¹⁹ How great is Your goodness which You have laid up for those who fear You; You have worked for those who trust in You before the sons of mankind.

⁷ How precious is Your mercy, O God! And the sons of men take refuge in the shadow of Your wings. ⁸ They shall be satisfied from the abundance of Your house; and You make them drink the torrent of Your pleasures. ⁹ For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light we see light.

¹ A Poem of Ethan the Ezrahite. I will sing of the mercies of Jehovah forever; I will declare with my mouth Your faithfulness to all generations. ² For I have said, Mercy shall be built up forever; You shall establish Your faithfulness in the heavens.

¹⁹ But I said, How gladly would I put you among the sons, and give you a pleasant land, a beautiful inheritance among the multitudes of nations! And I said, You shall call Me, My Father; and you shall not turn away from Me.

¹⁰ Yet the number of the sons of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which is not measured nor numbered. And it shall be, in the place where it is said to them, You are not My people, it shall be said to them, Sons of the Living God.

¹² But as many as received Him, to them He gave authority to become children of God, to the ones believing into His name,

¹⁶ For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that everyone believing into Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

¹⁸ If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it has hated you. ¹⁹ If you were of the world, the world would love its own. But because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, for this reason the world hates you.

³ And they will do these things to you because they do not know the Father nor Me.

²⁵ Righteous Father, indeed the world did not know You, but I knew You; and these have known that You sent Me.

⁸ but God commends His love to us in this, that we being yet sinners, Christ died for us.

¹⁴ For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. ¹⁵ For you did not receive a spirit of slavery again to fear, but you received a Spirit of adoption by which we cry, Abba! Father! ¹⁶ The Spirit Himself witnesses with our spirit that we are children of God. ¹⁷ And if children, also heirs; truly heirs of God, and joint-heirs of Christ, if indeed we suffer together, that we may also be glorified together.

²¹ that also the creation will be freed from the slavery of corruption to the freedom of the glory of the children of God.

³² Truly He who did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up for us all, how will He not freely give us all things with Him?

²⁵ As also He says in Hosea, I will call those not My people, My people! And those not beloved, Beloved! Hosea 2:23 ²⁶ "And it shall be, in the place where it was said to them, You are not My people, there they will be called, Sons of the living God." LXX-Hos. 2:1; MT-Hos. 2:23

¹⁸ "And I will be a Father to you, and you will be sons" and daughters to Me, says the Lord Almighty. 2 Sam. 7:8, 14; Isa. 43:6

²⁶ for you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.

²⁹ And if you are of Christ, then you are a seed of Abraham, even heirs according to promise.

⁵ that He might redeem the ones under law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. ⁶ And because you are sons, God sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying, Abba! Father!

⁴ But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, ⁵ even we being dead in sins, He made us alive together with Christ (by grace you are being saved),

¹⁸ that you may be given strength to grasp, with all the saints, what is the breadth and length and depth and height, ¹⁹ and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled to all the fullness of God.

³ For you died, and your life has been hidden with Christ in God.

⁹ By this the love of God was revealed in us, because His Son, the Only begotten, God has sent into the world that we might live through Him. ¹⁰ In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be a propitiation relating to our sins.

⁷ The one overcoming will inherit all things, and I will be God to him, and he will be the son to Me.

²⁶ and after my skin has been struck off from my flesh, yet this, I shall see God,

¹¹ You will make Me know the way of life. In Your presence is fullness of joys; at Your right hand are pleasures forever.

¹⁵ As for me, in righteousness I will look upon Your face; when I awaken, I shall be satisfied by Your image.

⁵ I, even I will give to them in My house and in My walls a hand and a name better than sons and than daughters; I will give them an everlasting name which shall not be cut off.

² But who can endure the day of His coming? And who will stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner's fire and like fuller's soap.

⁸ Blessed are the pure in heart! For they shall see God.

²⁴ Father, I desire that those whom You have given Me, that where I am, they may be with Me also, that they may behold My glory which You gave Me, because You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

¹⁴ For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. ¹⁵ For you did not receive a spirit of slavery again to fear, but you received a Spirit of adoption by which we cry, Abba! Father!

¹⁸ For I calculate that the sufferings of the present time are not worthy to compare to the coming glory to be revealed in us.

²⁹ because whom He foreknew, He also predestinated to be conformed to the image of His Son, for Him to be the First-born among many brothers.

⁹ according as it has been written, "Eye has not seen, and ear has not heard," nor has it risen up into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those that love Him. Isa. 64:4

¹² For now we see through a mirror in dimness, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will fully know even as I also was fully known.

⁴⁹ And as we bore the image of the earthy man, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man .

¹⁸ But we all with our face having been unveiled, having beheld the glory of the Lord in a mirror, are being changed into the same image from glory to glory, as from the Lord Spirit.

¹⁷ For the lightness of our present affliction works out for us an eternal weight of glory, surpassing moment by surpassing moment;

⁶ Then always being fully assured, and knowing that being at home in the body we are away from home from the Lord ⁷ (for we walk by faith, not by sight), ⁸ we are fully assured, then, and are pleased rather to go away from home out of the body, and to come home to the Lord.

⁶ And because you are sons, God sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying, Abba! Father!

²¹ who will transform our body of humiliation, for it to be conformed to His body of glory, according to the working of His power, even to put all things under Himself.

⁴ Whenever Christ our life is revealed, then also you will be revealed with Him in glory.

²⁸ so being once offered "to bear the sins of many," Christ shall appear a second time without sin to those expecting Him for salvation. Isa. 53:12

⁴ by which means He has given to us the very great and precious promises, so that through these you might be partakers of the divine nature, escaping from the corruption in the world by lust.

²⁸ And now, little children, abide in Him, that when He is revealed we may have confidence, and not be shamed from Him in His coming.

¹ Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God. And everyone who loves Him who begets also loves the one who has been born of Him.

⁴ And they will see His face; and His name will be on their foreheads.

⁴⁸ Therefore, you be perfect even as your Father in Heaven is perfect.

³⁶ Therefore, be merciful, even as your Father also is merciful.

⁹ And He made distinction in nothing between both us and them, having purified their hearts by faith.

⁴ and patience works out proven character; and proven character, hope. ⁵ And the hope does not put us to shame, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit given to us;

¹² And again Isaiah says, "The Root of Jesse shall be, and He rising up to rule the nations; on Him nations will hope." Isa. 11:10

¹ Then having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilements of flesh and of spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

⁵ because of the hope being laid up for you in Heaven, which you heard before in the Word of the truth of the gospel,

¹⁶ But may our Lord Himself, Jesus Christ, and our God and Father, He who loves and gives us everlasting encouragement and good hope by grace,

⁷ that being justified by His grace, we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

¹⁸ that through two unchangeable things, in which it was not possible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, those having fled to lay hold on the hope set before us,

²⁶ For such a High Priest was fitting for us: holy, harmless, undefiled, and separated from sinners, and having become higher than the heavens;

¹⁴ Eagerly pursue peace and holiness with all, without which no one will see the Lord,

¹⁴ Because of this, beloved, looking for these things, be diligent, spotless, and without blemish, to be found in peace by Him.

⁶ The one saying to rest in Him ought so to walk himself as that One walked.

¹⁷ By this love has been perfected with us, that we have confidence in the day of judgment, that as He is, we are also in this world.

³¹ For he has despised the word of Jehovah and has broken His command; that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be on him.

²⁴ And Saul said to Samuel, I have sinned, for I have transgressed the mouth of Jehovah and your word, because I feared the people, and I listened to their voice.

⁴⁷ and they have turned their heart back in the land where they have been taken captive, and have repented, and made supplication to You in the land of their captors, saying, We have sinned and done perversely; we have done wickedly;

¹³ And Saul died because of his trespass that he trespassed against Jehovah, against the word of Jehovah that he did not keep, and also for asking of a medium, to inquire;

²⁰ And the Spirit of God came upon Zechariah the son of Jehoiada the priest, and he stood before the people and said to them, So says God, Why do you transgress the commandments of Jehovah, and do not prosper? Because you have forsaken Jehovah, He has forsaken you.

⁸ He was taken from prison and from justice; and who shall consider His generation? For He was cut off out of the land of the living; from the transgression of My people, the stroke was to Him.

¹¹ Yea, all Israel has transgressed Your law and turned aside that they might not obey Your voice. For this reason the curse has poured out on us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, because we have sinned against Him.

²⁰ Because by works of law not one of all flesh will be justified before Him, for through law is full knowledge of sin. Psa. 143:2

¹⁵ For the law works out wrath; for where no law is, neither is transgression.

⁷ What shall we say then? Is the law sin? Let it not be! But I did not know sin except through law; for also I did not know lust except the law said, "You shall not lust." Ex. 20:17 ⁸ But sin taking occasion through the commandment worked every lust in me; for apart from law, sin is dead. ⁹ And I was alive apart from law once, but the commandment came, and sin came alive, and I died. ¹⁰ And the commandment which was to life, this was found to be death to me; ¹¹ for sin taking occasion through the commandment deceived me, and through it killed me . ¹² So indeed the law is holy, and the commandment holy and just and good. ¹³ Then that which is good, has it become death to me? Let it not be! But sin, that it might appear to be sin, having worked out death to me through the good, in order that sin might become excessively sinful through the commandment.

²¹ that in my coming again, my God may not humble me with you, and I shall mourn many of those previously sinning and not repenting over the uncleanness and fornication and lustfulness which they have practiced.

⁹ But if you have partiality to persons, you work sin, having been found guilty as transgressors by the law. ¹⁰ For whoever shall keep all the law, but stumbles in one, he has become guilty of all. ¹¹ For He who said, "You shall not commit adultery," also said, "You shall not murder." Ex. 20:14, 13; Deut. 5:18, 17 But if you do not commit adultery, but commit murder, you have become a transgressor of the law.

¹⁵ And the prayer of faith will cure those being sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he may have committed sin, it will be forgiven him.

⁸ The one practicing sin is of the Devil, because the Devil sins from the beginning. For this the Son of God was revealed, that He undo the works of the Devil. ⁹ Everyone who has been begotten of God does not sin, because His seed abides in him, and he is not able to sin, because he has been born of God.

¹⁷ All unrighteousness is sin, and there is a sin not unto death.

⁴ Surely He has borne our sicknesses, and He carried our pain; yet we esteemed Him plagued, smitten by God, and afflicted. ⁵ But He was wounded for our transgressions; He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His wounds we ourselves are healed. ⁶ All we like sheep have gone astray; we have each one turned to his own way; and Jehovah made meet in Him the iniquity of all of us. ⁷ He was oppressed, and He was afflicted, but He did not open His mouth. He was led as a lamb to the slaughter; and as a ewe before her shearers is dumb, so He opened not His mouth. ⁸ He was taken from prison and from justice; and who shall consider His generation? For He was cut off out of the land of the living; from the transgression of My people, the stroke was to Him. ⁹ And He put His grave with the wicked; and with a rich man in His death; although He had done no violence, and deceit was not in His mouth. ¹⁰ But Jehovah pleased to crush Him, to make Him sick, so that If He should put His soul as a guilt offering, He shall see His seed; He shall prolong His days; and the will of Jehovah shall prosper in His hand. ¹¹ He shall see the fruit of the travail of His soul; He shall be fully satisfied. By His knowledge shall My righteous Servant justify for many, and He shall bear their iniquities. ¹² Because of this I will divide to Him with the great, and with the strong He shall divide the spoil; because He poured out His soul to death; and He was counted with transgressors; and He bore the sin of many, and made intercession for transgressors.

² Take words with you and return to Jehovah. Say to Him, Take away all iniquity and receive us well, that we may repay with the calves of our lips.

²¹ And she will bear a son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He shall save His people from their sins.

⁴¹ And we indeed justly, for we receive things worthy of what we did. But this One did nothing wrong.

⁴⁷ And seeing the thing happening, the centurion glorified God, saying, Truly, this Man was righteous.

²⁹ On the morrow, John sees Jesus coming toward him and said, Behold! The Lamb of God, taking away the sin of the world!

³¹ And I did not know Him; but that He be revealed to Israel, for this reason I came baptizing in water.

⁴⁶ Who of you reproves Me concerning sin? But if I speak truth, why do you not believe Me?

³⁰ I shall no longer speak many things with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me.

²⁴ being justified freely by His grace through the redemption in Christ Jesus, ²⁵ whom God set forth as a propitiation through faith in His blood, for a showing forth of His righteousness through the passing by of the sins that had taken place before, in the forbearance of God, ²⁶ for the showing forth of His righteousness in the present time, for His being just and justifying the one that is of the faith of Jesus.

²¹ For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

²⁵ Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up on its behalf, ²⁶ that He might sanctify it, cleansing it by the washing of the water in the Word, ²⁷ that He might present it to Himself as the glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle, or any such things, but that it be holy and without blemish.

¹⁵ Faithful is the Word and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.

¹⁶ And confessedly, great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in flesh, was justified in Spirit, was seen by angels, was proclaimed among nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.

¹⁴ who gave Himself on our behalf, "that He might redeem us from all iniquity" "and purify" "a people" "for His own possession," zealous of good works. Psa. 130:8; Eze. 37:23; Deut. 14:2

³ who being the shining splendor of His glory, and the express image of His essence, and upholding all things by the word of His power, having made purification of our sins through Himself, He sat down on the right of the Majesty on high, Psa. 110:1

¹⁵ For we do not have a high priest not being able to sympathize with our weaknesses but One having been tried in all respects according to our likeness, apart from sin.

²⁶ since He must often have suffered from the foundation of the world. But now once for all, at the completion of the ages, He has been manifested for putting away of sin through the sacrifice of Himself.

²⁰ indeed having been foreknown before the foundation of the world, but revealed in the last times because of you,

²² "who did not sin, nor was guile found in His mouth;" Isa. 53:9

²⁴ who "Himself bore in His body our sins" onto the tree; that dying to sins, we might live to righteousness; of whom, "by His wound, you were healed.

¹⁸ Because even Christ once suffered concerning sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God; indeed being put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the Spirit;

² And the Life was revealed, and we have seen, and we bear witness, and we announce to you the everlasting Life which was with the Father, and was revealed to us.

⁷ But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of His Son Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin.

¹ My little children, I write these things to you so that you do not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.

⁵ even from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the First-born out of the dead, and the Ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him loving us and washing us from our sins by His blood,

⁴ Remain in Me, and I in you. As the branch is not able to bear fruit of itself, unless it remain in the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in Me. ⁵ I am the Vine; you are the branches. He that remains in Me, and I in him, this one bears much fruit. For apart from Me you are not able to do anything. ⁶ Unless one remains in Me, he is cast out as the branch and is dried up; and they gather and throw them into a fire, and they are burned. ⁷ If you remain in Me, and My words remain in you, whatever you desire you will ask, and it shall happen to you.

⁶ Because it is God who said, "Out of darkness Light shall shine," who shone in our hearts to give the brightness of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Isa. 42:6, 7, 16

⁴ The one saying, I have known Him, and not keeping His commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that one.

² Beloved, now we are the children of God, and it was not yet revealed what we shall be. But we know that if He is revealed, we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is.

⁹ Everyone who has been begotten of God does not sin, because His seed abides in him, and he is not able to sin, because he has been born of God.

⁸ The one who does not love has not known God, because God is love.

¹⁸ We know that everyone having been born of God does not sin, but the one born of God keeps himself, and the evil does not touch him.

¹¹ Beloved, do not imitate the bad, but the good. The one doing good is of God; but the one doing bad has not seen God.

⁷ You love righteousness and hate wickedness; on account of this God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness more than Your fellows.

¹ Of Solomon. Give the King Your judgments, O God; and Your righteousness to the King's son. ² Your people He shall judge in righteousness, and Your poor in justice. ³ The mountains will lift up peace to the people; and the little hills through righteousness. ⁴ He shall judge the poor of the people; and He shall save the sons of the needy; and He shall crush the oppressor. ⁵ They shall fear You with the sun, and before the moon in all generations. ⁶ He shall descend like rain on the mown grass, like showers that water the earth. ⁷ In His days the righteous shall flourish, and plenty of peace, till the moon is not.

³ Blessed are those keeping judgment, he who does righteousness in every season.

⁵ But a man that is righteous and does what is just and right, ⁶ who has not eaten on the mountains, and his eyes have not lifted up to the idols of the house of Israel, and has not defiled his neighbor's wife, and has not come near to a menstruating woman, ⁷ and has not oppressed a man (he returns his pledge to the debtor and has not robbed by robbery), has given his bread to the hungry, and he has covered the naked with clothing. ⁸ He has not loaned on interest, and he has not taken increase, he has kept his hand from injustice, having done true justice between man and man. ⁹ He has walked in My statutes and has kept My judgments to deal truly; he is righteous. Surely he shall live, declares the Lord Jehovah.

²⁰ For I say to you, If your righteousness shall not exceed that of the scribes and Pharisees, in no way shall you go into the kingdom of Heaven.

⁷⁵ in consecration and righteousness before Him all the days of our life.

³⁵ but in every nation the one fearing Him and working righteousness is acceptable to Him.

⁶ He "will give to each according to his works:" LXX-Psa. 61:13; MT-Psa. 62:12 ⁷ everlasting life truly to those who with patience in good work are seeking glory and honor and incorruptibility; ⁸ but to those even disobeying the truth, out of self interest, and obeying unrighteousness, will be anger and wrath,

¹³ For not the hearers of the Law are just with God, but the doers of the Law shall be justified.

¹⁶ Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves as slaves for obedience, you are slaves to whom you obey, whether of sin to death, or obedience to righteousness? ¹⁷ But thanks be to God that you were slaves of sin, but you obeyed from the heart the form of doctrine to which you were delivered. ¹⁸ And having been set free from sin, you were enslaved to righteousness.

⁹ Or do you not know that unjust ones will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be led astray, neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor abusers, nor homosexuals,

⁷ Do not be deceived, God is not mocked. For whatever a man may sow, that he also will reap. ⁸ For the one sowing to his flesh will reap corruption of the flesh. But the one sowing to the Spirit will reap everlasting life from the Spirit.

⁶ Let no one deceive you with empty words, for through these the wrath of God comes on the sons of disobedience.

⁹ For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth,

¹¹ being filled with the fruits of righteousness through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

⁸ but as to the Son, "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom;

² to whom also Abraham "divided a tenth from all" (first being interpreted, king of righteousness; and then also king of Salem, which is, king of peace, Gen. 14:17-20

²² But become doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

¹⁹ You believe that God is one. You do well; even the demons believe and shudder.

¹ Come now, rich ones, weep, howling over your hardships coming on. ² Your riches have rotted, and your garments have become moth-eaten. ³ Your gold and silver have rusted over, and their poison will be a testimony to you, and will eat your flesh as fire. You heaped treasure in the last days.

¹⁵ but according to the Holy One who has called you, you also become holy in all conduct; ¹⁶ because it has been written, "Be holy," "because I am holy." Lev. 19:2

²⁶ I wrote these things to you concerning the ones leading you astray.

²⁹ If you know that He is righteous, know that everyone doing righteousness has been born of Him.

³ And everyone having this hope on Him purifies himself even as that One is pure.

¹⁵ And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; He will bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.

¹ In that day Jehovah shall visit the sea monster, the darting serpent, with His great and fierce and strong sword; even on the sea monster, the twisting serpent; and He shall slay the monster that is in the sea.

³⁸ And the field is the world; and the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom; but the darnel are the sons of the evil one .

²⁴ saying, What is to us and to You, Jesus, Nazarene? Have You come to destroy us? I know You, who You are, the Holy One of God.

¹⁸ And He said to them, I saw Satan falling out of Heaven as lightning!

⁴⁴ You are of the Devil as father, and the lusts of your father you desire to do. That one was a murderer from the beginning, and he has not stood in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own, because he is a liar, and the father of it.

³¹ Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world shall be cast out.

¹¹ and concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged.

²⁰ And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

² in which you then walked according to the course of this world, according to the ruler of the authority of the air, the spirit now working in the sons of disobedience,

¹⁵ having stripped the rulers and the authorities, He made a show of them in public, triumphing over them in it.

¹⁴ Since, then, the children have partaken of flesh and blood, in like manner He Himself also shared the same things, that through death He might cause to cease the one having the power of death, (that is, the Devil);

⁴ For if God did not spare sinning angels, but delivered them to chains of darkness, thrust down into Tartarus, having been kept to judgment;

⁵ And you know that He was revealed that He might take away our sins, and sin is not in Him.

¹⁰ By this the children of God and the children of the Devil are revealed: Everyone not practicing righteousness is not of God; also the one not loving his brother.

¹⁹ We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in evil.

⁶ And those angels not having kept their first place, but having deserted their dwelling-place, He has kept in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of a great Day;

² And he laid hold of the dragon, the old serpent who is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, ³ and threw him into the abyss, and shut him up, and sealed over him, that he should not still lead astray the nations, until the thousand years are fulfilled. And after these things, he must be set loose a little time.

¹⁰ And the Devil leading them astray was thrown into the Lake of Fire and Brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet were . And they were tormented day and night forever and ever.

¹⁵ And if anyone was not found having been written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the Lake of Fire.

²⁸ For you may say, Why do we persecute him? And the root of the matter is found in me.

¹⁸ A good tree cannot produce evil fruits, nor a corrupt tree produce good fruits.

¹³ who were born not of bloods, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but were born of God.

³ Jesus answered and said to him, Truly, truly, I say to you, if one does not receive birth from above, he is not able to see the kingdom of God.

²⁰ For we are not able not to speak what we saw and heard.

² Let it not be! We who died to sin, how shall we still live in it?

¹⁷ For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another; lest whatever you may will, these things you do.

² on hope of eternal life which the God who does not lie promised before the eternal times,

²³ having been born again, not by corruptible seed, but incorruptible, through the living word of God, and remaining forever.

⁷ Beloved, let us love one another, because love is of God, and everyone who loves has been born of God, and knows God.

⁴ Because everything having been born of God overcomes the world, and this is the victory overcoming the world, our faith.

³⁵ But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be much; and you will be sons of the Most High, for He is kind to the unthankful and evil ones.

⁴⁷ The one who is of God hears the words of God; for this reason you do not hear, because you are not of God.

¹⁰ he said, O son of the Devil, full of all guile and of all cunning, enemy of all righteousness, will you not stop perverting the right ways of the Lord?

¹ Then be imitators of God, as beloved children,

⁹ The one saying to be in the light, and hating his brother, is in the darkness until now. ¹⁰ The one loving his brother rests in the light, and no offense is in him.

⁷ Little children, let no one lead you astray; the one practicing righteousness is righteous, even as that One is righteous. ⁸ The one practicing sin is of the Devil, because the Devil sins from the beginning. For this the Son of God was revealed, that He undo the works of the Devil.

¹⁴ We know that we have passed from death to life because we love the brothers. The one not loving the brother remains in death. ¹⁵ Everyone hating the brother is a murderer, and you know that every murderer does not have everlasting life abiding in him.

³ And every spirit which does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not from God; and this is the antichrist which you heard is coming, and now is already in the world. ⁴ Little children, you are of God and have overcome them, because He in you is greater than he in the world.

⁶ We are of God; the one knowing God hears us. Whoever is not of God does not hear us. From this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.

²¹ And we have this commandment from Him, that the one who loves God also loves his brother.

² By this we know that we love the children of God: when we love God and keep His commandments.

³⁴ I give a new commandment to you, that you should love one another; according as I loved you, you should also love one another. ³⁵ By this all shall know that you are My disciples, if you have love among one another.

¹² This is My commandment, that you love one another as I loved you.

² Bear one another's burdens, and so you will fulfill the law of Christ.

² and walk in love, even as Christ also loved us and gave Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for an odor of a sweet smell.

⁹ Now as to brotherly love, you have no need for me to write to you, for you yourselves are taught by God to love one another.

⁵ but the end of the commandment is love out of a pure heart and a good conscience, and faith not pretended,

²² Having purified your souls in the obedience of the truth through the Spirit to unpretended brotherly love, love one another fervently out of a pure heart,

⁸ And, finally, be all of one mind, sympathetic, loving the brothers, tenderhearted, friendly,

⁸ and above all things having fervent love to yourselves, "because love will cover a multitude of sins." Prov. 10:12

⁵ And this is the message which we have heard from Him, and we announce to you: God is light, and no darkness is in Him, none!

⁷ Brothers, I do not write a new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which you heard from the beginning. ⁸ Again I write a new commandment to you which is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away, and the true Light already shines.

⁵ And I now request you, lady, not writing as a new commandment, but one which we had from the beginning, that we should love one another.

⁴ And Abel brought, he also, from the firstlings of his flocks, even from their fat. And Jehovah looked to Abel and to his offering. ⁵ And He did not look to Cain and to his offering. And Cain glowed greatly with anger, and his face fell. ⁶ And Jehovah said to Cain, Why have you angrily glowed, and why has your face fallen? ⁷ If you do well, is there not exaltation? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door; and its desire is toward you; but you should rule over it. ⁸ And Cain talked with his brother Abel. And it happened as they were in the field, Cain rose up against His brother Abel, and killed him. ⁹ And Jehovah said to Cain, Where is your brother Abel? And he said, I do not know. Am I my brother's keeper? ¹⁰ And He said, What have you done? The voice of the blood of your brother cries to Me from the ground. ¹¹ And now you are cursed more than the ground which opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand. ¹² When you till the ground, it will not again give its strength to you. You shall be a vagabond and a fugitive on the earth. ¹³ And Cain said to Jehovah, My punishment is greater than I can bear. ¹⁴ Behold! You have driven me out from the face of the earth today. And I shall be hidden from Your face. And I shall be a vagabond and a fugitive on the earth. And it will be that anyone who finds me shall kill me. ¹⁵ And Jehovah said to him, If anyone kills Cain, he shall be avenged sevenfold. And Jehovah set a mark on Cain, so that anyone who found him should not kill him.

²⁵ And Adam knew his wife again, and she bore a son. And she called his name, Seth, for God has appointed to me another seed in place of Abel because Cain killed him.

¹⁴ And David acted wisely in all his ways, and Jehovah was with him. ¹⁵ And Saul saw that he was acting wisely, and was afraid of him.

⁴ And Jonathan spoke good of David to his father Saul, and said to him, Do not let the king sin against his servant, against David, because he has not sinned against you; also because his works for you are very good. ⁵ Yea, he has put his life in his hand and killed the Philistine And Jehovah worked a great deliverance for all Israel. You saw it and rejoiced. And why do you sin against innocent blood, to put David to death for no reason?

¹⁴ And Ahimelech answered the king and said, And who among all your servants is as David the faithful, and son-in-law of the king; who does your bidding, and is honorable in all your house? ¹⁵ Have I today begun to ask of God for him? Far be it from me! Do not let the king lay anything against his servant, against any of my father's house, for your servant has known nothing of this, more or less. ¹⁶ And the king said, You shall surely die, Ahimelech, you and your father's house.

¹² The wicked plots against the righteous, and gnashes on him with his teeth;

²⁰ And those who repay evil for good, they attack me, because the good follows me.

¹⁰ Men of blood hate the blameless, but the upright seek his soul.

²⁷ An unjust man is an abomination to the righteous, and the upright of way are an abomination to the wicked.

¹⁹ Everyone hearing the Word of the kingdom, and not understanding, then the evil one comes and catches away that which was sown in his heart. This is that sown by the roadside.

³⁵ so that should come on you all the righteous blood poured out on the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah the son of Berechiah whom you murdered between the Holy Place and the altar.

²³ But the governor said, For what wrong did he do? But they the more cried out, saying, Let him be crucified.

⁵¹ from the blood of Abel until the blood of Zechariah who perished between the altar and the House. Yea, I say to you, it will be required from this generation.

³² Jesus answered them, I showed you many good works from My Father. For which work of them do you stone Me?

¹⁹ If you were of the world, the world would love its own. But because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, for this reason the world hates you. ²⁰ Remember the Word which I said to you, A slave is not greater than his lord. If they persecuted Me, they also will persecute you. If they kept My Word, they also will keep yours. ²¹ But all these things they will do to you on account of My name, because they do not know the One who sent Me. ²² If I had not come and had not spoken to them, they had no sin. But now they do not have excuse as to their sin. ²³ The one hating Me also hates My Father. ²⁴ If I did not do the works among them which no other did, they had no sin. But now they both have seen and also have hated Me and My Father. ²⁵ But that may be fulfilled the Word that has been written in their Law, "They hated Me without a cause." Psa. 69:4

³⁸ Pilate said to Him, What is truth? And saying this, he again went out to the Jews and said to them, I do not find even one crime in him! ³⁹ But there is a common custom to you that I should release one prisoner to you at the Passover. Then you decide: should I release the king of the Jews to you? ⁴⁰ Then all cried out again, saying, Not this one, but Barabbas! But Barabbas was a robber.

⁵² Which of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? And they killed those who before announced the coming of the Just One, of whom you now have become betrayers and murderers,

¹⁴ For, brothers, you became imitators of the churches of God being in Judea in Christ Jesus, because you also suffered these things by your own fellow countrymen, as they also by the Jews,

⁴ By faith Abel offered a greater sacrifice to God than Cain, by which he obtained witness to be righteous, God testifying over his gifts; and through it, having died, he yet speaks.

²⁴ and to Jesus the Mediator of a new covenant, and to blood of sprinkling speaking better things than that of Abel.

⁴ in which they are surprised, you not running with them into the same overflow of unsavedness, blaspheming;

¹³ Fathers, I write to you because you have known Him from the beginning. I write to you, young men, because you overcome the evil one. I write to you, young ones, because you have known the Father. ¹⁴ Fathers, I have written to you because you have known Him from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the evil one.

⁸ The one practicing sin is of the Devil, because the Devil sins from the beginning. For this the Son of God was revealed, that He undo the works of the Devil.

¹¹ Woe to them, because they went the way of Cain, and gave themselves up to the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the speaking against of Korah!

⁶ And I saw the woman being drunk from the blood of the saints, and from the blood of the witnesses of Jesus. And I marveled, seeing her with a great marveling.

⁸ If you see the oppression of the poor, or the removing of justice and righteousness in the province, do not be amazed at the purpose. For a high one over a high one is watching; and high ones are over them.

²² And you will be hated by all on account of My name, but the one enduring to the end shall be kept safe.

⁹ Then they will deliver you up to affliction, and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name's sake.

¹³ And you will be hated by all on account of My name. But the one enduring to the end, that one will be kept safe.

²² Blessed are you when men hate you, and when they cut you off, and will reproach you, and will cast out your name as evil, on account of the Son of man;

¹⁷ And you will be hated by all because of My name.

⁷ Do not wonder because I told you, You must receive birth from above.

⁷ The world cannot hate you; but it hates Me because I witness about it, that its works are evil.

² They will put you out of the synagogue, but an hour is coming that everyone killing you will think to bear a service before God.

³³ I have spoken these things to you that you may have peace in Me. You have distress in the world; but be encouraged, I have overcome the world.

¹⁴ I have given them Your Word, and the world hated them because they are not of the world, as I am not of the world.

¹² And seeing this, Peter answered to the people, Men, Israelites, why do you marvel at this one? Or why do you stare at us, as if by our own power or godliness we have made him to walk?

⁷ because the mind of the flesh is enmity towards God; for it is not subject to the law of God, for neither can it be .

¹² And, indeed, all desiring to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.

⁴ Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whoever, then, purposes to be a friend of the world is shown to be an enemy of God.

⁷ And the angel said to me, Why did you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast supporting her, the one having the seven heads and the ten horns.

³ As for the saints in the earth, they are the excellent ones; all my delight is in them.

¹⁶ The man who wanders out of the way of prudence shall rest in the congregation of departed spirits.

⁴⁰ And answering, the King will say to them, Truly I say to you, Inasmuch as you did it to one of these, the least of My brothers, you did it to Me.

²⁴ for this son of mine was dead, and lived again, and was lost, and was found. And they began to be merry.

³² But to be merry and to rejoice was right, for this brother of yours was dead, and lived again; and being lost, also he was found.

²⁴ Truly, truly, I say to you, the one who hears My word, and believes the One who has sent Me, has everlasting life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.

³⁵ By this all shall know that you are My disciples, if you have love among one another.

¹⁷ These things I command you, that you love one another.

¹ For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle is taken down, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in Heaven.

²² But the fruit of the Spirit is: love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith,

¹⁵ Because of this, hearing of your faith in the Lord Jesus and love toward all the saints,

¹ and He worked in you who were once dead in trespasses and sins,

⁵ even we being dead in sins, He made us alive together with Christ (by grace you are being saved),

⁴ hearing of your faith in Christ Jesus and the love toward all the saints,

¹⁰ For God is not unjust, to forget your work and the labor of love which you showed to His name, ministering to the saints, and now are ministering. ¹¹ But we desire each of you to show the same eagerness, to the full assurance of the hope to the end;

¹ Let brotherly love continue.

⁷ and godliness with brotherly love; and brotherly love with love.

³ And by this we know that we have known Him, if we keep His commands.

²³ And this is His commandment, that we should believe the name of His Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, even as He gave command to us.

⁷ Beloved, let us love one another, because love is of God, and everyone who loves has been born of God, and knows God. ⁸ The one who does not love has not known God, because God is love.

¹² No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love having been perfected is in us.

²⁰ If anyone says, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar. For the one not loving his brother whom he has seen, how is he able to love God whom he has not seen? ²¹ And we have this commandment from Him, that the one who loves God also loves his brother.

¹³ I wrote these things to you, the ones believing in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have everlasting life, and that you may believe in the name of the Son of God.

¹⁹ We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in evil. ²⁰ And we know that the Son of God has come, and He has given to us an understanding that we may know the true One, and we are in the true One, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and the life everlasting.

⁴¹ And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing with which his father had blessed him. And Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are near; then I will kill my brother Jacob.

¹⁶ You shall not go as a slanderer among your people; you shall not stand up against the blood of your neighbor; I am Jehovah. ¹⁷ You shall not hate your brother in your heart; you shall certainly reprove your neighbor, and not allow sin on him. ¹⁸ You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the sons of your people; but you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am Jehovah.

²² But Absalom did not speak either good or evil with Amnon, for Absalom hated Amnon, because he had humbled his sister Tamar. ²³ And after two years it happened that Absalom had shearers in Baal-hazor, which is beside Ephraim. And Absalom called to all the sons of the king. ²⁴ And Absalom came to the king and said, Behold, your servant now has shearers. Please let the king and his servants go with your servant. ²⁵ And the king said to Absalom, No, my son, let us not all go now, and we shall not be too heavy on you. But he urged him, and he was not willing to go, but he blessed him. ²⁶ And Absalom said, If not, please let my brother Amnon go with us. And the king said to him, Why should he go with you? ²⁷ And Absalom urged him, and he sent Amnon with him, and all the king's sons. ²⁸ And Absalom commanded his young men, saying, Now watch when Amnon's heart is glad with wine, and when I say to you, Strike Amnon, you shall kill him. Do not fear. Did not I command you? Be strong, and be valiant.

²⁴ He who hates dissembles with his lips, for he lays up deceit in his inner being, ²⁵ when his voice is gracious, do not believe him, for he has seven hateful things in his heart. ²⁶ Though his hatred is covered by guile, his evil shall be revealed in the assembly.

²¹ You have heard that it was said to the ancients: "Do not commit murder!" And, Whoever commits murder shall be liable to the Judgment. Ex. 20:13; Deut. 5:17 ²² But I say to you, Everyone who is angry with his brother without a cause shall be liable to the Judgment. And whoever says to his brother, Raca, shall be liable to the sanhedrin; but whoever says, Fool! shall be liable to be thrown into the fire of Hell.

²⁸ But I say to you, Everyone looking at a woman to lust after her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

¹⁹ And Herodias held it against him, and desired to kill him, but was not able.

¹⁴ but whoever may drink of the water which I will give him will never ever thirst, but the water which I will give to him will become a fountain of water in him, springing up into everlasting life.

¹² And it becoming day, some of the Jews making a conspiracy cursed themselves, saying neither to eat nor to drink until they should kill Paul.

¹⁴ who coming near to the chief priests and to the elders these said, With a curse we have cursed ourselves to taste of nothing until we shall kill Paul.

²⁰ idolatry, sorcery, hatreds, fightings, jealousies, angers, rivalries, divisions, heresies, ²¹ envyings, murders, drunkennesses, wild parties, and things like these; of which I tell you beforehand, as I also said before, that the ones practicing such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

¹⁵ Then being conceived, lust brings forth sin. And sin being fully formed brings forth death.

¹ From where do wars and fightings among you come ? Is it not from this, from your lusts warring in your members? ² You desire greatly and do not have. You murder, and are jealous, and are not able to obtain. You fight and you war, and you do not have, because you do not ask God .

⁸ But for the cowardly and unbelieving, and those having become foul, and murderers, and fornicators, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all the lying ones, their part will be in the Lake burning with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.

²⁸ Even as the Son of man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.

¹⁵ Even as the Father knows Me, I also know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep.

³⁴ I give a new commandment to you, that you should love one another; according as I loved you, you should also love one another.

¹² This is My commandment, that you love one another as I loved you. ¹³ Greater love than this has no one, that anyone should lay down his soul for his friends.

²⁸ Then take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit placed you as overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased through His own blood.

⁴ who laid down their neck for my soul, to whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the nations.

²⁵ Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up on its behalf,

¹⁷ But if indeed I am poured out on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I rejoice; yea, I rejoice with you all.

³⁰ that through the work of Christ he drew near to death, having disregarded his life, that he may fill up your lack of service toward me.

¹³ looking for the blessed hope and appearance of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,

¹⁸ knowing that not with corruptible things, silver or gold, you were redeemed from your worthless way of life handed down from your fathers,

⁹ By this the love of God was revealed in us, because His Son, the Only begotten, God has sent into the world that we might live through Him. ¹⁰ In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be a propitiation relating to our sins. ¹¹ Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

⁹ And they sing a new song, saying, Worthy are You to receive the scroll, and to open its seals, because You were slain, and by Your blood purchased us to God out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,

⁷ If there is a poor man among you, one of your brothers inside any of your gates in your land which Jehovah your God is giving to you, you shall not harden your heart, nor shut your hand from your needy brother. ⁸ But you shall surely open your hand to him, and shall surely lend him enough for his need in that which he lacks. ⁹ Beware that there is no evil thought in your heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release draws near; and your eye be evil against your needy brother, and you give him nothing, and he cry to Jehovah against you and it be sin to you. ¹⁰ You shall surely give to him, and your heart shall not be grieved when you give to him, because Jehovah your God will bless you for this thing, in all your work, and in all that you put your hand to. ¹¹ For the poor will never cease from the midst of the land. On account of this I command you, saying, You shall surely open your hand to your poor and needy brother in your land.

¹⁰ The righteous knows the life of his animal, but the mercies of the wicked are cruel.

¹⁷ He who has pity on the poor lends to Jehovah, and He will reward his dealing to him.

⁹ Whoever turns aside his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination.

⁷ Is it not to break your bread to the hungry, that you should bring the wandering poor home? When will you see the naked and cover him; and you will not hide yourself from your flesh? ⁸ Then your light shall break as the dawn, and your healing shall spring up quickly; and your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of Jehovah shall gather you. ⁹ Then you shall call, and Jehovah will answer; you shall cry, and He shall say, Here I am . If you put the yoke away from among you, the sending out of the finger, and the speaking of vanity; ¹⁰ and if you let out your soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then your light shall rise in the darkness, and your gloom shall be as the noonday.

¹¹ And answering, he said to them, The one that has two tunics, let him give to him that has not. And the one that has foods, let him do the same.

⁹ For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that being rich, He became poor for your sake, so that you might become rich by the poverty of that One.

¹⁴ but by equality in the present time, your abundance for their need; but also that their abundance may be for your need, that there may be equality; ¹⁵ even as it has been written, "He gathering much, he had nothing left over, and he gathering little had no less." Ex. 16:18

⁵ Therefore, I thought it necessary to exhort the brothers, that they go forward to you and arrange beforehand your promised blessing, this to be ready, thus as a blessing and not as greediness. ⁶ And this: the one sowing sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one sowing on hope of blessings will also reap on blessings. ⁷ Each one as he purposes in his heart, not out of grief or out of necessity, for God loves a cheerful giver. Prov. 22:8 ⁸ And God is able to make all grace to abound toward you, that in everything, always having all self sufficiency, you may abound to every good work; ⁹ even as it has been written, "He scattered, he gave to the poor, his righteousness abides forever." Psa. 112:9

¹⁷ Charge the rich in the present age not to be high-minded, nor to set hope on the uncertainty of riches, but in the living God, He offering to us richly all things for enjoyment; ¹⁸ to do good, to be rich in good works, to be ready to share, generous,

¹⁶ But do not be forgetful of doing good and sharing, for God is well pleased with such sacrifices.

¹⁵ But if a brother or a sister is naked and may be lacking in daily food,

²⁰ If anyone says, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar. For the one not loving his brother whom he has seen, how is he able to love God whom he has not seen?

²¹ And Jehovah said, Behold, a place by Me! And you shall stand on a rock.

³¹ And they come to you as people come, and they sit before you as My people. And they hear your words, but they do not do them. For they produce much love with their mouth, but their heart goes after their unjust gain.

⁴¹ Then He will also say to those on His left, Go away from Me, cursed ones, into the everlasting fire having been prepared for the Devil and his angels. ⁴² For I hungered, and you gave Me nothing to eat; I thirsted, and you gave me nothing to drink; ⁴³ I was a stranger, and you did not take Me in; naked, and you did not clothe Me; sick, and in prison, and you did not visit Me. ⁴⁴ Then they also will answer Him, saying, Lord, when did we see You hungering, or thirsting, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister to You? ⁴⁵ Then He will answer them, saying, Truly I say to you, Inasmuch as you did not do it to one of these, the least, neither did you do it to Me.

⁹ Let love be without dissimulation, shrinking from evil, cleaving to the good,

⁴ Love has patience, is kind; love is not envious; love is not vain, is not puffed up; ⁵ does not behave indecently, does not pursue its own things, is not easily provoked, thinks no evil; ⁶ does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices in the truth. ⁷ Love quietly covers all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

¹³ For, brothers, you were called to freedom. Only do not use the freedom for an opening to the flesh. But through love serve one another.

¹ Brothers, if a man is taken in some fault, you, the spiritual ones, restore such a one in the spirit of meekness, considering yourself, that you not also be tempted. ² Bear one another's burdens, and so you will fulfill the law of Christ.

¹ Then I, the prisoner in the Lord, exhort you to walk worthily of the calling in which you were called, ² with all humility and meekness, with long-suffering, bearing with one another in love, ³ being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

¹⁵ but speaking the truth in love, we may grow up into Him in all things, who is the head, the Christ,

³ remembering without ceasing your work of faith and labor of love, and the patience of hope of our Lord Jesus Christ before our God and Father,

¹⁵ But if a brother or a sister is naked and may be lacking in daily food, ¹⁶ and any one of you say to them, Go in peace, be warmed and filled, but does not give them the things the body needs, what gain is it ?

¹ The elder to the elect lady and her children, whom I love in truth; and not I only, but also all those who have known the truth, ² because of the truth remaining among us, and will be with us forever. ³ Grace, mercy, peace will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. ⁴ I rejoiced greatly because I found your children walking in truth, as we received command from the Father. ⁵ And I now request you, lady, not writing as a new commandment, but one which we had from the beginning, that we should love one another. ⁶ And this is love, that we should walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment, even as you heard from the beginning, that you should walk in it. ⁷ Because many deceivers went out into the world, those not confessing Jesus Christ to have come in the flesh, this is the deceiver and the antichrist. ⁸ Watch yourselves, that we may not lose the things we worked out, but that we may receive a full reward. ⁹ Everyone transgressing and not abiding in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. The one abiding in the doctrine of Christ, this one has the Father and the Son. ¹⁰ If anyone comes to you and does not bear this doctrine, do not receive him into the house, and do not speak a greeting to him. ¹¹ For the one speaking a greeting shares in his evil works. ¹² Having many things to write to you, I do not intend to speak by means of paper and ink, but I am hoping to come to you, and to speak mouth to mouth, that our joy may be full. ¹³ The children of your elect sister greet you. Amen.

¹ The elder to Gaius the beloved, whom I love in truth. ² Beloved, in regard to all things, I pray for you to prosper and to be in health, as your soul prospers. ³ For I rejoiced greatly at the coming of the brothers, also bearing witness of you in the truth, as you walk in truth. ⁴ I have no greater joy than these things, that I hear my children are walking in truth. ⁵ Beloved, you do faithfully whatever you work for the brothers and for the strangers, ⁶ who in love bore witness of you before the church, whom you will do well to send forward worthily of God. ⁷ For on behalf of His name they went out, taking nothing from the nations. ⁸ Therefore, we ought to entertain such men, that we may become co-workers in the truth. ⁹ I wrote to the church, but he loving to be first of them, Diotrephes, does not receive us. ¹⁰ Because of this, if I come, I will recall his works which he does, ranting against us with evil words. And not being satisfied with these, neither does he receive the brothers; and those intending it he prevents, and thrusts them out from the church. ¹¹ Beloved, do not imitate the bad, but the good. The one doing good is of God; but the one doing bad has not seen God. ¹² Witness has been borne to Demetrius by all, and by the truth itself. And we also bear witness, and you know that our witness is true. ¹³ I had many things to write, but I do not desire to write by means of pen and ink. ¹⁴ {cf9 : But I am hoping to see you at once, and we will speak mouth to mouth. Peace to you. The friends greet you. Greet the friends by name.}

¹⁷ And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the service of righteousness shall be quietness and hope forever.

³⁷ Then Pilate said to Him, Are you really a king? Jesus answered, You say that I am a king. For this purpose I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, that I might witness to the Truth. Everyone being of the Truth hears My voice.

²¹ and being fully persuaded that what He has promised, He is also able to do.

³⁸ For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

¹² For which cause I also suffer these things. But I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed, and I am persuaded that He is able to guard my deposit until that Day.

²² let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, our hearts having been sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our body having been washed in pure water;

¹³ These all died by way of faith, not having received the promises, but seeing them from afar, and being persuaded, and having embraced and confessed that they are aliens and tenants.

⁸ If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

¹⁴ We know that we have passed from death to life because we love the brothers. The one not loving the brother remains in death.

²¹ Beloved, if our heart does not accuse us, we have confidence with God.

⁶ I hold fast by my righteousness, and I will not abandon it; my heart shall not shame me any of my days.

¹² Behold, you are not right in this. I will answer you, for God is greater than man.

²⁰ If we have forgotten the name of our God, and have spread our hands to an alien god, ²¹ shall not God search out this? For He knows the secrets of the heart.

⁸ You have set our iniquities before You, our secret sins in the light of Your face.

¹ To the chief musician. A Psalm of David. O Jehovah, You have searched me and known me . ² You know my sitting down, and my rising up; You understand my thought from afar off. ³ You sift my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. ⁴ For not a word is on my tongue, but, lo, O Jehovah, You know it all.

¹⁰ I, Jehovah, search the heart, I try the reins, even to give to each man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.

²⁴ Or can anyone hide himself in secret places so that I do not see him, says Jehovah? Do I not fill the heavens and the earth, says Jehovah?

²⁴ But Jesus Himself did not commit Himself to them, because He knew all, ²⁵ and because He had no need that anyone should witness concerning man, for He knew what was in man.

⁹ But hearing, and being convicted by the conscience, they went out one by one, beginning from the older ones, until the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the middle.

²⁹ My Father who has given them to Me is greater than all, and no one is able to pluck out of My Father's hand. ³⁰ I and the Father are one!

¹⁷ Thirdly, He said to him, Simon son of Jonah, do you love Me? Peter was grieved that He said to him a third time, Do you love Me? And he said to him, Lord, You perceive all things, You know that I love You! Jesus said to him, Feed My sheep!

³³ But those hearing were cut, and they took counsel to do away with them.

¹⁴ For when nations not having Law do by nature the things of the Law, they not having Law are a law to themselves, ¹⁵ who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience witnessing with them, and the thoughts between one another accusing or even excusing,

⁴ For I know nothing of myself, but I have not been justified by this; but He judging me is the Lord.

²⁴ But if all prophesy, and some unbeliever or one not instructed comes in, he is convicted by all, he is judged by all. ²⁵ And so the secrets of his heart become revealed; and so, falling on his face, he will worship God, declaring that God is truly among you.

¹¹ knowing that such a one has been perverted and sins, being self-condemned.

¹³ and there is no creature unrevealed before Him; but all things are naked and laid open to His eyes, with whom is our account.

¹³ For God having made promise to Abraham, since He had no greater to swear by, " He swore by Himself,"

⁴ Little children, you are of God and have overcome them, because He in you is greater than he in the world.

²³ And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches will know that I am the One searching the inner parts and hearts. And I will give to each of you according to your works.

²⁶ for then you will delight over the Almighty, and you will lift up your face to God.

³ O Jehovah, my God, if I have done this, if there is iniquity in my hands: ⁴ if I have repaid evil to my friend or I have plundered my vexer without cause, ⁵ let the enemy pursue and overtake my soul; yea, trample down my life to earth, and lay my honor in the dust. Selah.

² I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way; O when will You come to me? I will walk in the integrity of my heart in the midst of my house.

¹² For our glorying is this, the testimony of our conscience, that we had our conduct in the world in simplicity and sincerity of God, not in fleshly wisdom, but in the grace of God, and more abundantly toward you.

⁸ Therefore, I desire the men to pray in every place, lifting up holy hands without wrath and doubting.

¹⁶ Therefore, let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and we may find grace for help in time of need.

¹⁴ And this is the confidence we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

¹⁷ O Jehovah, You have heard the desire of the humble; You will prepare their heart. Your ear will hear,

⁴ I sought Jehovah, and He answered me, and delivered me out of all my fear.

¹⁵ The eyes of Jehovah are on the righteous; and His ears are open to their cry. ¹⁶ The face of Jehovah is against those who do evil, to cut off their memory from the earth. ¹⁷ The righteous cry, and Jehovah hears, and saves them out of all their distresses.

¹⁵ And call on Me in the day of distress; and I will save you; and you shall glorify Me.

¹⁸ If I had regarded iniquity in my heart, Jehovah would not have heard. ¹⁹ Surely, God has heard; He has attended to the voice of my prayer.

¹⁸ Jehovah is near to all who call on Him, to all those who call on Him in truth. ¹⁹ He will fulfill the desire of the ones who fear Him; and He will hear their cry and save them.

²⁹ Jehovah is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous.

¹⁵ And when you spread out your hands, I will hide My eyes from you. Yea, when you multiply prayer, I will not hear. Your hands are full of blood.

⁶ Seek Jehovah while He may be found; call on Him while He is near. ⁷ Let the wicked forsake his way and the vain man his thoughts; and let him return to Jehovah, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.

¹² Then you shall call on Me, and you shall go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. ¹³ And you shall seek and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

³ Call to Me, and I will answer you; and I will tell you great and inscrutable things; you do not know them.

⁷ Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. ⁸ For each one that asks receives, and the one that seeks finds; and to the one knocking, it will be opened.

²⁴ Then everyone who hears these words from Me, and does them, I will compare him to a wise man who built his house on the rock; ²⁵ and the rains came down, and the rivers came up, and the winds blew, and fell against that house; but it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock.

⁵ While he was yet speaking, behold, a radiant cloud overshadowed them. And, behold, a voice out of the cloud saying, This is My Son, the Beloved, in whom I delight; hear Him. Psa. 2:7; Gen. 22:2; Isa. 42:1; Deut. 18:15

²² And all things, whatever you may ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive.

²⁴ Therefore I say to you, All things, whatever you ask, praying, believe that you will receive, and it will be to you.

⁹ And I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. ¹⁰ For everyone asking receives, and the one seeking finds, and to the one knocking, it will be opened. ¹¹ And what father of you, if the son asks for bread, will he give him a stone? And if a fish, will he give him a snake instead of a fish? ¹² And if he should ask an egg, will he give him a scorpion? ¹³ Then if you being evil know to give good gifts to your children, how much more the Father out of Heaven will give the Holy Spirit to those asking Him.

²⁹ Jesus answered and said to them, This is the work of God, that you believe into Him whom that One sent.

²⁹ And the One who sent Me is with Me. The Father did not leave Me alone, for I do the things pleasing to Him always.

³¹ But we know that God does not hear sinful ones, but if anyone is God fearing, and does His will, He hears that one.

¹³ And whatever you may ask in My Name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

⁷ If you remain in Me, and My words remain in you, whatever you desire you will ask, and it shall happen to you.

¹⁰ If you keep My commandments you will continue in My love, as I have kept My Father's commandments and continue in His love.

²³ And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Truly, truly, I say to you, Whatever you shall ask the Father in My name, He will give you. ²⁴ Until now you asked nothing in My name; ask, and you will receive, so that your joy may be full.

³⁰ Truly, then, God overlooking the times of ignorance, now strictly commands all men everywhere to repent,

²¹ earnestly testifying both to Jews and to Greeks repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.

¹⁸ But I have all things and more than enough; I have been filled, receiving from Epaphroditus the things from you, an odor of sweet smell, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.

¹⁰ for you to walk worthily of the Lord to all pleasing, bearing fruit in every good work and growing into the full knowledge of God;

²¹ perfect you in every good work, in order to do His will, doing in you that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

⁵ But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask from God, who gives to all freely and with no reproach, and it will be given to Him.

¹⁶ Confess faults to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous one has great strength, having been made effective.

²³ And this is His commandment, that we should believe the name of His Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, even as He gave command to us. ²⁴ And the one keeping His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit which He gave to us.

¹⁵ Jehovah your God shall raise up to you a Prophet from among you, of your brothers, One like me; you shall listen to Him, ¹⁶ according to all that you desired of Jehovah your God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of Jehovah my God, nor let me see this great fire any more, lest I die. ¹⁷ And Jehovah said to me, They have spoken well, what they have said. ¹⁸ I shall raise up a Prophet to them from among their brothers, one like you; and I will put My words in His mouth; and He shall speak to them all that I shall command Him. ¹⁹ And it shall be, whoever will not listen to My words which he shall speak in My name, I will require it at his hand.

¹² Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and you perish from the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Oh the blessings of all those who flee to Him for refuge!

³⁹ And the second is like it: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." Lev. 19:18

⁷ And a cloud was overshadowing them, and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, "This is My Son," the Beloved; hear Him. Psa. 2:7; Gen. 22:2; Deut. 18:15

¹ Do not let your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.

³ And this is everlasting life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.

³¹ And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.

⁸ Again I write a new commandment to you which is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away, and the true Light already shines.

¹¹ Because this is the message which you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another,

⁵⁴ The one partaking of My flesh and drinking of My blood has everlasting life, and I will raise him up at the last day. ⁵⁵ For My flesh is truly food, and My blood is truly drink. ⁵⁶ The one partaking of My flesh and drinking of My blood abides in Me, and I in him.

²¹ He that has My commandments and keeps them, it is that one who loves Me; and the one that loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I shall love him and will reveal Myself to him. ²² Judas said to Him, not the Iscariot, Lord, what has happened that You are about to reveal Yourself to us and not at all to the world? ²³ Jesus answered and said to him, If anyone loves Me, he will keep My Word, and My Father shall love him. And We will come to him and will make a dwelling place with him.

⁷ If you remain in Me, and My words remain in you, whatever you desire you will ask, and it shall happen to you. ⁸ In this My Father is glorified, that you should bear much fruit; and you will be My disciples. ⁹ As the Father loved Me, I also loved you; continue in My love. ¹⁰ If you keep My commandments you will continue in My love, as I have kept My Father's commandments and continue in His love.

²¹ that all may be one, as You are in Me, Father, and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.

⁹ But you are not in flesh, but in Spirit, since the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone has not the Spirit of Christ, this one is not His. ¹⁰ But if Christ is in you, the body indeed is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. ¹¹ But if the Spirit of the One having raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, the One having raised the Christ from the dead will also make your mortal bodies live through the indwelling of His Spirit in you. ¹² So, then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to flesh, ¹³ for if you live according to flesh, you are going to die. But if by the Spirit you put to death the practices of the body, you will live.

¹⁶ Do you not know that you are a sanctuary of God, and the Spirit of God dwells in you?

¹⁹ Or do you not know that your body is a sanctuary of the Holy Spirit in you, which you have from God, and you are not of yourselves?

¹⁶ And what agreement does a temple of God have with idols? For you are a temple of the living God, even as God said, "I will" dwell in them and "walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people." Lev. 26:12; Ezek. 37:27

¹⁴ Guard the good Deposit given through the Holy Spirit indwelling in us.

²² And whatever we ask, we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments, and we do the things pleasing before Him.

¹² No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love having been perfected is in us. ¹³ By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because of His Spirit He has given to us.

¹⁵ Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. ¹⁶ And we have known and have believed the love which God has in us. God is love, and the one abiding in love abides in God, and God in him.
