⁷ _⌊And then_⌋* after Yahweh spoke these words to Job, Yahweh said to Eliphaz the Temanite, "_⌊My wrath has been kindled_⌋* against you* and against the two of your friends, for you* have not spoken to me what is right as my servant Job has.

¹¹ Thus* Job's three friends heard of this calamity that had come upon him. So* each set out from his own place: Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite. And they met* together to come to console him and to comfort him.

¹ Then* Eliphaz the Temanite answered and said,

¹ Then* Bildad the Shuhite answered and said,*

¹ Then* Zophar the Naamathite answered and said,

⁵ But,* _⌊O that_⌋* God might speak, and that he would open his lips to you, ⁶ and that he would tell you the secrets of wisdom, for _⌊insight has many sides_⌋.* And know that God _⌊on your behalf_⌋* has forgotten _⌊some of_⌋* your guilt.

² So Elihu the son of Barakel the Buzite, from the clan of Ram, _⌊became angry_⌋.* _⌊He became angry_⌋* at Job because he justified himself rather than God, ³ and _⌊he became angry_⌋* at his three friends because they had not found an answer, and they had declared Job guilty.

⁵ When Elihu saw that there was no answer in the mouth of the three men, _⌊he became angry_⌋.*

⁴ Against you, only you, I have sinned and have done this evil* in your eyes, so that you are correct when you speak, you are blameless when you judge.
