⁵ And entering into the sepulcher, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were frightened.

³ His countenance was like lightning, and his clothing white as snow:

⁴⁹ But when they saw him walking upon the sea, they supposed it had been a spirit, and cried out: ⁵⁰ For they all saw him, and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them, and says unto them, Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid.

¹⁵ And immediately all the people, when they beheld him, were greatly amazed, and running to him saluted him.

¹² And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.

²⁹ And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be. ³⁰ And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for you have found favor with God.

³ And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus. ⁴ And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: ⁵ And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek you the living among the dead?

⁸ Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulcher, and he saw, and believed.

¹¹ But Mary stood outside at the sepulcher weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and looked into the sepulcher, ¹² And sees two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain.
