⁹ And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and that same day was the sabbath.

¹⁰ And, behold, there was a man who had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they might accuse him. ¹¹ And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out? ¹² How much then is a man better than a sheep? Therefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days. ¹³ Then he said to the man, Stretch forth your hand. And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like the other.

³¹ And he came and took her by the hand, and lifted her up; and immediately the fever left her, and she ministered unto them.

⁴² And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed.

² And they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath day; that they might accuse him. ³ And he said unto the man who had the withered hand, Stand forth. ⁴ And he said unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace.

²⁹ And immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that disease.

⁴¹ And he took the child by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Little girl, I say unto you, arise. ⁴² And immediately the girl arose, and walked; for she was of the age of twelve years. And they were astonished with a great astonishment.

⁵² And Jesus said unto him, Go your way; your faith has made you whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.

¹⁰ And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath. ¹¹ And, behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no way lift herself up. ¹² And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity. ¹³ And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God. ¹⁴ And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day. ¹⁵ The Lord then answered him, and said, You hypocrite, does not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his donkey from the stall, and lead him away to watering? ¹⁶ And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?

¹⁰ The Jews therefore said unto him that was cured, It is the sabbath day: it is not lawful for you to carry your bed. ¹¹ He answered them, He that made me whole, the same said unto me, Take up your bed, and walk. ¹² Then asked they him, What man is that who said unto you, Take up your bed, and walk?

¹⁴ Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, you are made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto you.

²³ If a man on the sabbath day receive circumcision, that the law of Moses should not be broken; are you angry at me, because I have made a man every bit whole on the sabbath day?

¹⁴ And it was the sabbath day when Jesus made the clay, and opened his eyes.

⁷ And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. ⁸ And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
